The sky was almost dark, the sun was setting erratically, and acid rain was likely to fall by the time the press conference was over. The attendees quickly left the venue before it was hard to get home. Climate and weather problems in the afternoon are indeed troublesome.
But not so with Niels. Instead of rushing home with Philip, he chose to stand in front of the lobby. He had nothing to do but put his hands in his coat pockets and reflect. He does not know what he is contemplating, but Niels realized what he was doing at the important forum today.

The horn from the black sedan that stopped in front snapped Niels out of his thoughts. The driver then rolled down the window.
It turned out to be Rachel. "What are you doing here? Come in," she said. She glanced at Niels briefly through her sunglasses and opened the door.
