When and how did Cayn do all of this?
Such a tremendous power without even breaking a sweat?
Without even reacting?
Cayn's will, was simply stronger that it couldn't even put up a fight.
Cayn did loath the universe.
Cayn did loath the world he was born in.
Cayn, did loath what he lived through reach this place.
Only for a small being to tell him it was his destiny.
Oh no.
As much as Cayn wanted to rest. As much as Cayn, wanted to find something he could enjoy in this boredom.
He had one thing that far surpassed everything.
Something that took this power from the universe itself.
Something that swallowed the abyss.
His ego.
That terrible ego of his.
A mere power dared take over his mind.
And another dared control him as he grew too strong.
He laughed at them all.
But he loathed none of them.
As they weren't beings who had control over what they have done or what they do.
They were only powers with no mind.
One created the universe and formed its will as a small child, but it still gave the choices to these gods.
One was before the creation yet it couldn't form a will and could only reach to Cayn.
Cayn had no way to judge their actions.
They were, the course of nature.
Nature.
Maybe that was the true god who manifested in these two powers.
A god who didn't differentiate between good or evil, between live or death.
True omnipotence.
No, would Cayn call it that if it had no mind of it's own to use that power.
When the abyss grew it created life.
When the universe grew it's making the abyss swallow it.
Yeah.
Then the will of the universe was not mistaken.
Since when it asked Cayn to destroy everything.
It meant itself too.
It meant to start from point zero again.
For the light that was first created to dim and disappear.
But that also meant for the darkness, who thought was there before the light, to disappear too.
Cayn understood this.
They can't live without each other.
Cayn, erasing the light, will erase his darkness.
He hated being dependent on something else to live.
And this made him angry for a moment, until, he felt it as he stood before the little child of creation.
The little child who thought Cayn didn't have his power under control yet.
That's when Cayn understood.
The true meaning of his life.
That it was none, than the reason he will create on his own.
There was no destiny for him other than the one he chose from now on.
Because his eyes, who could see through all, saw.
Cayn, as he absorbed the abyss, could absorb the light.
Cayn, could reach an even bigger stage.
Cayn, shall become the true god.
Cayn, could attain true omnipotence.
But that is what, he did not choose as he confronted the child.
It was better that the control over life was in the hands of a being who had no ego.
That is why he chose to control the abyss and darkness that was birthed with one to destroy the latter.
He didn't wish for his ego to control life.
He wouldn't be able to create the beautiful things it did.
Bad or good.
A being without ego was watching over the balance.
Now that it could not nature decided to reset.
No, he would help.
He would just erase the nuisances.
The choice he made may have been small as the picture was not fully drawn.
But now it wasn't.
This was, the choice Cayn made.
This was the choice, the being above all chose.
After all, Cayn still knew.
Light or the abyss.
The darkness in light, the actions, and the bad that comes from creation.
The light in the darkness, that in destruction shall be atonement for a new light.
The cycle.
Hah.
He shall still play the cycle game.
But his ego was far deeper than this.
After all.
He knew, after seeing the future, after turning in rage.
He was of strength, that far surpassed nature itself.
Cayn, was not playing the cycle, but ruling over it, watching above it.
And in that, he attained true omnipotence without absorbing the light.
He would control the abyss.
And the cycle, will always be in the palm of his hand.
That was his power.
That was, his will.
That was, his ego.
Cayn stands above all.
But he blocked his prowess.
He didn't wish to hear the sounds of the universe anymore.
He didn't wish to feel or see any of it anymore.
He still wished for calm.
And above all, for only enough power to throw the beings in front of him in despair.
He knew of the god of death's power and sword that could kill a creator god by sacrificing another.
He saw it in his first vision, and all those after as he became able to see all of them.
There was no such a thing as a vision anymore.
The future, past and present of everything were present in front of his eyes at all times.
He kept watching and changing his behavior, just to see, the best outcome.
And that would be the worse despair.
He already knows everything they would do, react or try.
He wished for them to do everything.
To feel powerless, in front of him.
To feel true despair.
So he shall wait.
He shall wait, until the strongest uses his best card.
Not only his best.
Not, he will squeeze everything off of them.
He shall take everything.
and for that, he shall wait.
The first time he saw the future was the only chance they had to take his family.
But he saw then, was enough.
Yes, he saw enough.
And he shall carve it in their bodies.
He shall show them.
And for that, he shall wait.
He shall, wait.
The god of death kept smiling as his sword turned of dark color, slowly sucking the last man's soul.
Sura walked up ahead.
It was finally time.
The sword roared and screamed
Its wave rang in the universe.
It was, time.
