The day of the medical mission comes. The Alcantara District is at the western part of Tracy. It houses the red light district and the ghettos of the city. Most of the inhabitant of the city are refugees who fled from war or countryside commoners who sought the Capital for opportunities yet have fallen into its armpits.
The entire mission team is composed of Gianni and his students, and select royal physicians and Prince Louis. They all gathered at the entrance of the palace with sets of carriages and carts awaiting them. The carts contained food, clothes, medicine, and medical tools. The team boarded the carriages and the footmen all whipped their reins. They traversed the city appearing like a long caravan traveling through the Silk Road.
