"What are you doing here?" She looked around and thankfully no one was up and about
"We came to pick you up and take you wherever you are going to" Andrew gave her a look
She scurried into the car after making sure that no one saw her "you guys did not have to pick me up for God sake" she was going to have an headache

"Are you going to work or the hospital? " Peter eyed her outfit throughout the rearview mirror

She only realised that she did not give them the direction to her work place when the car stopped in front of her office building
"How do you know where I work?"

"Never mind don't answer that" she felt stupid for asking. Of course anyone can find out where she works and her husband was one of the richest men in the country so finding out where she work would not be that hard
She was about to get down when she noticed her boss, Walker's car driving in. She close the car door immediately, thankful that the glass of the Bentley was tinted

"Don't wait for me" she told them before walking into the company's building

Even if Charlotte was now poor she still had a lot of pride in her which was in every rich and wealthy person. She grew up with people respecting and always trying to curry favours from her.
Even if all of that has now changed, her character of not taking nonsense from any body has not changed.
