Raven roamed the area and a while later, he found another horned-rabbit eating some kind of grass. He slowly approach the lone horned-rabbit then raise his spear preparing to throw it at the horned-rabbit, but suddenly an insect like creature pounced on it.
'!!!'
'What the hell is that!?' Raven was flabbergasted at the sight of that unknown insect like creature.
The insect like creature was eating the giant horned-rabbit alive. The features of that insect are almost similar to Earth's praying mantis, but looks rotten. It was only at the size of 2 feet, but it was great hunter.
Raven waited until the giant horned-rabbit is about to die. At the time, he will kill the giant horned-rabbit so that he can get the experience points he wants and kill the insect.
Finally, the giant horned-rabbit is about to die. Raven raise his wooden spear then throw at the dying giant horned-rabbit. The giant horned-rabbit was stabbed with a wooden spear.

'I didn't level up?' Raven pondered.

The insect was surprised that a stick stabbed its fresh pray causing it to die and not be fresh anymore. Then it saw a human boy with tattered clothes hiding in the bushes.
'It saw me?' Raven thought.
Suddenly, the insect folded its legs then leap towards him. Fortunately, Raven was alert and parried its attack.
The insect strike with its forelegs and attempted to pinch Raven and bite him. Raven dodge it again and on his surprise the vegetation on where he was before was cut off clean including small tree samplings.
'It forelegs with spiky claws are sharp enough to cut clean those plants. I better dodge it until I understand its attack patterns.' Raven thought.
The same thing happened over and over again. Raven reach into conclusion that this may be the attack pattern of this creature.
He have been running and dodging for about 2 minutes and he's about to get tired. "It is about time to kill this bastard." Raven dodge the insect attack and used the body of his spear and batted the creature.
The creature got hit and been thrown to a nearby tree. The spikes on its body was implanted to the tree trunk. Raven didn't stand on ceremony and ran towards the implanted insect then stabbed it with his spear.

'A weaponry section that sells weapons. Pretty convenient. Maybe I should buy a new weapon so that I can hunt far more easier because the enemies can die more quickly than my current weapon. After that I should buy a language potion.' Raven pondered.
"Oh, I almost forgot." Raven pick up the carcass of the insect monster and stored it inside of inventory slot 1.

He check his wooden spear which is almost broken.
It's time to change it.
He search his surroundings for a stick long and thick enough for a stronger spear than his current one.
Moments later, he found the stick he wanted, he started to sharpen it by rubbing against the rock.
'If only I have a sharper tool to cut that horn for my spear and as my knife.' Raven thought as he finishing sharpening his new wooden spear.
He once again started to walk around. After 15 minutes of walking he still didn't see any giant horned-rabbit instead he got out of the bashful forest and found himself a plain. A plain full of corpse
"What in the world has happene..." Raven said flabbergasted, but before he finish his sentence.
A hissing sound could be heard among the dead. At that time, a large amount of insects like creature similar to the one he just killed showed up.
'!!!'
Fortunately, Raven didn't go far out of the forest, he was just 1 meter away from it and he immediately hid among the trees.

A sound of horn could be heard from a far.
Immediately after hearing the sound. Raven hurried to find a tree that is tall enough to see from a far.
He found the tree he wanted to climb up to. Raven climbed the tree and able to see where the sound is coming from. What he saw made him happy. He finally found humans in this barren land full of unknowns. Their numbers were in a thousand and they are preparing for a battle.
Some humans were riding horses with flags in their back. Unfortunately, that is all he can see from the distance he was at.
Ahhhhhhhhhhh~!
A war cries could be heard and small tremors could be felt.
As the human charged towards the insects, the also insects flow and charge towards them.
Raven immediately ran towards them while avoiding contact with the insects. Fortunately, some area in the plain were tall grass enough to cover a human height.
Boooooooom~!
The human army and the insect army clash and collide to each other causing a loud explosion of metal and hard exoskeleton.
Raven finally reach near the side of the human army. He couldn't understand what they are saying because he yet to purchase the language potion of humanity as his experience points are far from enough.
Swoooooosh~
A sword fell beside him that almost stab his thigh. Raven picked up the sword the hunt the insects that went his way. One by one he killed some of the insects.

A series of system notifications appeared inside his head that states he leveled up multiple times. He was so busy to check what he got after leveling up.
The human army is pushing the insect away and little by little annihilating them.

"Sir there is a human fighting inside the swarm of void infected insecta." a soldier who saw Raven reported to his superior and pointed his location.
The superior looked at the location his subordinate pointed and was flabbergasted at what he saw.
A lone human fighting the swarm of void infected insecta and his surroundings was the corpses of void infected insecta he slain. He was covered with green blood from the insecta.
"Make way towards that human!" the Commander ordered.
His subordinate immediately made way towards Raven who still busy on his killing spree.

With the sword that he picked up. He killed the insects one by one. Although the system notification was still ongoing ringing inside his head. He didn't heard any of that as he was so focus on his own battle. He unknowingly made a floor full of insect carcasses.
He was surrounded by insects and the tall grass where he was hiding before were nowhere to be found because it was cut off by the forelegs of insects. He even didn't notice he was completely covered by green blood.
Ting!
A sound of metal colliding to each other could be heard. A sound that no any insects can make could be heard.
Finally, he came back to his senses and saw a human parried his sword slash. A human whom riding a white horses with plated iron armor on its body. Behind him where the soldiers he saw before. His surroundings were a mess and he himself is also a mess.
"Who are you?" the Commander asked.
