Amelia's cell phone kept vibrating, and calls from David did not stop. She cursed herself for being so careless in making such a hasty decision. She could still try to fix things without losing Robi and completely detaching herself from David.
"Shit!" she hissed.
She tried to calm himself down, but it was too hard when she saw that her phone kept vibrating. With a frantic mind, Amelia was about to turn off her cell phone first. However, before that happened, suddenly her phone vibrated again.
At first, she wanted to reject the call immediately, but when she saw the name on her cellphone screen, Amelia immediately gave up the intention and answered it.
"Hello, good evening," she greeted kindly.
"Good evening, Mrs. Amelia."
"W-what's wrong, huh?"
"I just want to remind you that you have to redeem all your pledged assets in two weeks. I don't mean to push, just a little reminder, maybe you forgot."
