I wake up and strench a little as i go wake my mother and my father, i shake my mother head and her eyes shot open.
'Mom':"Good morning." She yawned
"Good morning mom.".
It has almost a week since I've been born, I learned to talk properly on yesterday, my dad would leave to do something on a day and take a rest the other day, on my dad rest day my mom would go missing and take a rest on the other day when my dad would leave, on the fourth day my brothers also leave, they leave after lunch and return at dusk almost dinner time, every day was almost the same, one of my brothers would go buy food with me at Fae's shop, every time Fae gave me a candy bar which i found out that was a freena candy that was a type of fruit, most of the dragons didn't like it so its price is low and Fae wasn't selling much of it so he was willing to give for free, after breakfast my mother or my father would leave depending on the day, we would pass the morning playing Tic Tac Toe until lunch came and my brothers leave after it, then mom/dad would teach me how to speak the rest of the day, dinner time arrive and everybody return, after sometime speaking and off to bedtime.
My mother shake my dad, he wake up and strench a little, we walk out of the room, my mom knock at Tay's door and scream to wake up Lon and Lyra, I'm used to the rotine, I go with Lon to buy the food, most of the time its bread and ham for breakfast, but this time my mom asked to buy giant boar meat for today, we came back with two types of meat and my candy as well, my mom fry the meat and puts it on the plates at the table, but before we started eating she began to talk.
'Mom':"Today we had meat to breakfast because it's time." She paused making a suspense "Today little guy finally get a name!" Everyone cheered.
"What? My name isn't little guy?".
'Mom':"Little guy is just a nickname for you being short.".
"Oh." I legitimately thought that was my name.
'Mom':"Well, lets eat before its get cold, we will get his name after it.".
We ate it all in a matter of seconds, i learned to eat fast like everyone else, i still don't know if this is a good thing, we left and headed towards the main street flying, we were still stopped by dragons asking about me, when we arrived at the main street we made a sharp turn and headed towards the massive building, getting close I realized there was another building close to it, it wasn't even close to the size of the other one but it was still bigger than the houses and shops, we landed in front to that construction, it was made of stone and its length was very great near a fifty meters, but not yet reaching the building next door, the two buildings had a rustic appearance like all the others.
When we entered I was surprised to see that it was very refined compared to the outside, we were in a white hallway with several lights hanging from the ceiling, these lights were not made of fire magic but a other type of magic, on the floor there was a rug red with gold edges that extended to the end of the hall, on all the walls there were wooden doors, at the end of the hall there was a red double door, we walked to the first wooden door on the right, there was a light green dragon standing behind a desk.
????:"You must be Mr Bren right? I am Tern, iam in change on the name department, but i think you already know that as you have three more sons" He chuckled.
Bren:"You know you don't have to be so formal with me Tern, long time no see.".
Tern:"Yeah, I know but the presentation is part of my job so i have to do it anyways, so where's the little boy?" He looked around.
My dad picks me up from his head and put me over the desk.
"Hello, nice to meet you, my name is-" I pause as I remember i don't have a name.
Tern:"Wow, a white dragon is really rare..." The realization hit like a truck "WAIT DID IT SPOKE?!".
Bren:"Yup, it's my son after all!" He had a proud look at his face.
Tern:"I don't think that's the cause.".
Bren:"Yeah it is, can we give his name already?".
Tern:"Sure, what will be his name?".
Sena:"Synnaculos Frengryf Jouville."
Tern:"Okay i will start the engrave.".
Tern put a claw on my head and began to concentrate, magic flowed to my head and leaved a mark on my brain, it was engraved my name to me never forget.
Tern:"Done, now why is he speaking already?".
Bren:"We've teaching him in the last week.".
Tern:"Last week? Why you didn't give his name earlier?".
Bren:"He hatched a week early than it should and i already asked for a name engravement for today so.".
Tern:"Is that it? Well now you just have to register him as a civilian of this kingdom.".
Bren:"Yeah, can't wait for his horns to pop out and enter the academy.".
"Academy?" I asked.
Bren:"Yes little Synn, It's that big construction next to us, when your horns got out you will go to the academy, no metter what the size of your horns, Your brother go almost everyday to the school." He pointed at his own horns.
Synn:"But i already have horns.".
They stared at me for a while before bursting into laughter.
Tern:"Did you guys teached him to make jokes too?".
Synn:"I am not lying!" I said angrily.
Bren:"Okay okay let me see it." He said and aprouched me not believing it yet.
He scanned the back of my head carefully.
Synn:"Right here." I pointed at them.
He squinted his eyes trying to see what I pointed out, his eyes widened in shock and turned to the others.
Bren:"It's true.". Ankward silence fell down on the room.
Tern:"Quit playing Bren, let me see it.".
Tern rushed to see it and my dad pointed them out, He's eyes squinted and widened too.
Tern:"HOLY SH*T!!!".
Sena:"WATCH YOUR MOUTH LET ME SEE IT".
Everybody rushed to see my little horns, they were so small that looked like dots, and being white and hidden underneath my white scales didn't help either.
Tern:"They're small but they're still there, how's that even possible?".
Synn:"Why?".
Bren:"The horns only start growing when you have mana in your body and that only happens on the mana ceremony, was it your mana Tern?".
Ten:"No, my mana enter and leave and that's it, Synn do you remember when the horns popped out?
Synn:"Since i was born.".
Lyra:"You remember the day you was born?".
Synn:"Yes, I remember you scaring me." I gave her a angry look.
Lyra:"Oh, sorry about that.".
Tern:"Well that means you will go to the academy, Bren you will need to explain this to Menf.".
Bren:"Yeah, But i think everything will work, i hope, Bye for now Tern.".
We walked out of the room, my dad went to another door as me, mother and my brothers leave, i think he was going to register me as a civilian, we arrive at home as my mom start to make the lunch, I start to play Tic Tac Toe with Tay, I win again.
'Dad':"I'm home." He makes his way towards me "Now little Synn, you're part of the northern city of dragon kingdom."
