We left Menf's office and make our way home, in the way i started thinking about the new class Menf said, what will be it?,a magic class I don't think since I haven't had a mana ceremony yet, maybe math? No, why would he keep it a secret then? I don't think it's a normal class if he wants to make a surprise, but I can't think of anything but magic, we got home, my dad was cleaning when we walked in, maybe we should ask him.
'Dad':"Hello, how was the day?".
Tay:"Synn went missing, God how can he get me so worried." He sighed.
'Dad':"He may be a genius but he's only a kid, he need to let out some energy.".
Tay:"Mr Menf said the same thing, and he said about another class that Synn will go.".
'Dad':"Why? Isn't he still learning how to read?".
Tay:"He already learned.".
'Dad':"Already? Wow." He isn't as surprised as i thought, that kinda left me disappointed.
Synn:"Do you happen to know what class will be?".
'Dad':"No idea, but you'll find it tomorrow, it's a surprise isn't?".
Synn:"How do you know.".
'Dad:"He do that kind of thing very often.".
Synn:"Is that so? Hey Tay, lets play Dragon Cross!".
Tay:"Wasn't you worried about your new class?".
Synn:"But i don't have any idea what the new class is anyway so what's the point in thinking any further?".
Tay:"You have a point, okay lets play.".
We played a bit before he gave up in the fourth attempt to beat me, i was still undefeated in Tic Tac Toe, Lyra don't like to play with me, but Lon and Tay kept trying, Lon tried after Tay but without success, time passed and the dinner was ready at night time, we ate it and soon i fell asleep, but for the very fist time i dreamed.
I was in a forest and by the sound there was a river behind me,i was soaked, my legs were hurting and my wings felt weird, i tried to glance at them but i couldn't move my head, this felt way too real to be a dream, my body moved in it's own as i walked through the trees, they were gigantic almost twice as my dad real size, i went deeper in the forest only seeing trees and nothing more, there were no grass, no rocks, no animals, nothing, even at a considerable distance i still heard the river, i kept walking from what seemed hours until the view suddenly changed, now i was seeing a mountain, it was bigger than the trees, i looked back, well, my body looked on its own, the landscape was divided in two, one was the forest i was in, and another was a grass field around the mountain, i take a step back and the mountain vanished replaced with the forest view, i take a step forward and the mountain appear again, i inspect the mountain a little closer, but as soon i get closer something orange with a black circle on the middle pop out of the mountain, the black circle move towards me and got closer and closer and everything went dark.
I wake up with a scream, i was terrified, panting heavily i tried to control myself but i couldn't even stand on my feet, my mother and my father wake up with the sound.
'Mom':"What happened Synn?!" She was a desperate.
'Dad':"Synn calm down!".
They yelled at me but i still couldn't stop panting, my brothers also got in the room and tried to calm me down, after some more hours i finally calmed my self, but i was too weak to even say anything, but i was too afraid to sleep again so i just lay down, my father and Tay was by my side but he didn't say anything, my mother brought the breakfast and some water to me, after eating i tried to get up just to fall down again.
'Dad':"Don't try anything Synn, Just rest for a bit.".
Synn:"I'm fine.".
Tay:"No you're not, just lay down there and stop being so stubborn.".
Synn:"I don't want to sleep again." Just thinking about it sent shivers to my spine.
'Dad':"What happened to you? you suddenly screamed and began to panic.".
I looked at him and stoped with my attempts, i didn't want to remember that, but i told them anyways.
Synn:"I dreamed about-" I was going to continue but my father stopped me.
'Dad':"Wait! You dreamed?".
Synn:"Yes." I was confused as to why he stopped me.
'Dad':"Okay you don't need to continue.".
Synn:"Why?".
'Dad':"You can't tell your dreams to other dragons Synn, our dreams are prophetic and usually are a important part of our life, if you tell anyone about it it can turn bad.".
I trembled as he said that, prophetic? That means that will happen again?.
Synn:"When will that happen?".
'Dad':"I don't know, it can be the next second, and it can be after a thousand years, we can't know when.".
I hope that will not happen in any time soon, i finally got the strength to stand up, it was almost time we head out for academy, for some reason the time we go to academy changed and now we go at the same time as my parents, we left home with my father and we went to the academy, i was still thinking about the dream, but i soon shook the thinking out of my head, then i remembered about the new class, i was kinda of excited to see it, the fist classes were the normal language class, after lunch i went to menf's office.
Tay:"Take care Synn." He waved and left.
Menf:"What happened Synn? You look worse than Tay yesterday.".
Synn:"I just couldn't sleep properly.".
Menf:"Is that so? Then the new class will wake you up in a blink.".
Synn:"What?".
