JAKE'S POV:
I couldn't help but look in direction where Olive sat alone away from her friends,she look quite sad, I thought looking away from Olive to listen to what the principal was saying but all entered and came out through the other ear. My thoughts were all directed to Olive why? I couldn't help but feel pity for her but why?. I said rubbing my temples when Joshua tapped me on my shoulder.
"Josh what's the matter?". I asked when I noticed he was looking worried.
"I should be asking you that and not the other way round". Joshua teased.
"oh! it's nothing serious". I replied trying to comport myself.
"but you can't stop looking in that direction where Olivia is seating or is something going on between you and Olivia?". Joshua jokingly asked.
"no dude it's nothing". I said and patted his shoulder.

Soon the students in the hall dispersed as the hall became quiet and Ariana and the girls walked back to the hostel since there wouldn't be classes because of the upcoming outing. When they arrived they saw Olive seating on her bed holding her legs together while putting on a sad expression.
ARIANA'S POV:
I knew something was wrong with Olive when she suddenly behaved like the way she did this morning but seeing her like that, I couldn't help but walk up to her and ask:
"Olive are you okay?". I asked placing a hand on her shoulder but what I received stunned me. The kind and caring Olive pushed my hand away and yelled:
"what do you want?,did I ask you to stay away from me". Olive yelled back with tears in her eyes.
"Olive you're crying". I asked trying to remain calm walking towards her.
"don't come any closer!". she yelled.
"enough with the pity party just admit it that you don't like us, you bitch". Olive cursed.
"Olive don't say that to Ariana she's our friend". Amber said softly.
"speak for yourself, she might be your friend but not mine". Olive yelled back at Amber.
"Olive what the hell has gotten into you". Sarah asked angrily looking at the messy and haggard Olive with disgust, she couldn't believe this was the same Olive that she was friend's with.
"nothing's happened to me, it's her that my problem, she took my friends away from me and now someone else which I deeply care about". Olive said trying to sound normal but her emotions wouldn't let her.
"so I was the one who caused all this". I thought I didn't know my presence broke the friendship between the girls.
" Olive is it because of that Joshua you're behaving like to fool". Sarah shouted looking furious.
"yes I will do anything to have him". Olive replied with teary eyes.
"I'm sorry for all I caused you girls, it wouldn't happen again". I said and ran out of the room when I bumped into Mia.
"oh! did your dear friend ditch you". Mia laughed.
"I told you I'll make you pay for the way you insulted me in class and you thought I was joking well my first target was Olive and she fell for it so deeply". Mia laughed louder folding her arms as she gave a smirk.
"what did you do to Olive". I asked as my hand turned to fist ready to bounce on her.
"haha! I used her weakness Joshua, because that's all she cares about, she so pure and innocent and she thinks Joshua likes her, my foot but she's just a pawn in my game and so will your other friends so watch your back". Mia said and stormed off leaving me alone in the silent and also empty hallway.
