Li Shen stuttered as he leaned his profound figure forward. Hasn't he already handled every issue that had to do with the accident? For that, he had even sacrificed his beauty sleep then what was this devil of a brother up to?
Rather than reply, Adrian turned his neck towards the window. His gaze was deep as that of an ancient lake. They seemed calm on the surface but carried a deep sense of profoundness within.
"Sister-in-law?" His mouth drawled out each syllable slowly which made Li Shen slightly shiver in his seat.
Adrian leaned his back on the chair but his gaze was never directed at Li Shen's direction. He slowly tapped on the table with his slender finger as if counting the seconds in time.
Adrian let out a slight sneer, his eyes gleaming with an inexplicable charming color.
