Emma POV
Emma was still in a lot of pain but she was finally cleared of infection. The only time Logan left her side was if he had a meeting or when he was training. She was still upset with him for how he had acted towards her, but she was a bit more understanding. He had told her why he had gotten upset about the dress and she had felt bad about it. She couldn't believe that he had done all that for her. Hell, he could've at least put a note on the outside of the garment bag to let her know to stay away from it.
Lane and Brian had come back the day before to let Logan know that they weren't able to find the wolf, they had lost his tracks. That news had sent Logan into a downward spiral. The guilt he felt over what happened to her was all she could feel from him, that and anger. She didn't know how to help him, didn't know what she could even do. She had called her father and told him about the attack.
