'Here, have some water my child' an elderly woman offered her. She didn't take it, she just sat there with hugging her knees tight. Tears escaped her eyes, her mind kept on recalling today's incident. 'My dear, please tell me what is wrong. What were you doing running on the streets like that, you called me to picked you up So, I thought you would-' Lucinda paused seeing Heather's mind was fixed on something else. 'Please tell me, Child, what happened?' Lucinda proceeded to ask and Heather didn't respond.
The door burst open, with May running in. 'Oh thank goodness, you are here, Heather won't say-' she stopped when May immediately hugged Heather. 'I'm sorry, I'm so sorry.... please forgive' May pleaded genuinely with glassy eyes. She thought Heather was in this state because of her, she tried asking for forgiveness earlier but, Heather's phone was switched off. 'Please I am begging you, please forgive me'
Everything everyone said fell on deaf ears while, the two women could only guess the possible reason why she was in this state could be.
Shawn could never be like that. He is different. How could he ever do that to her? That thought was stuck on her mind, throughout the day. She went for a drive later that night to get some air. She was just cruising around town, to clear her mind. She hadn't still answered anyone's questions yet. How could she? When herself didn't know the answers.
She was driving absent mindedly then she gasped when she saw a car coming up ahead. The car was coming straight ahead of her, it was definitely going to collide with her if she didn't move. She quickly steered the car away, and hit the brakes and the car drive passed her.
'Haa...haa...' she took deep breaths to normalise her breathing if she had collided with him it would have been quite an accident. Why are people so reckless these days. 'What was that about, he almost collided with me and he didn't even make any attempt to avoid it. What does he think? That he owns the road?' she was really pissed out.
She noticed the car had stopped too. 'Oh, so you weren't even in a hurry after all, I'll teach you a lesson' She was fed up with people doing as they please whenever they please. She got out of her car and walked all the way to the black SUV. She didn't care if it was the president in there, all she knew was that her had to answer to her. Whosoever it was.
She finally got to the car. Ok, it looked like it was worth a fortune, it was clearly customized BUT. The point was he had to be taught some manners. She knocked on the tainted glass Infront of her to get his attention. Nothing. 'Ok then, have it your way' she mumbled to herself and started hitting the door. 'Open the door you dumbass!!' she demanded but got no response. She kept on hitting the door and finally...the door was opened...
