Chapter 2 - Chapter two

It was half way through classes today, Lunch time to be precise. Heather was still upset. Today just wasn't her day I guess. To add to it the only the would have made it better wasn't in school today. So it was sher and a bunched of brats that won't mind their business, for a whole tody. Great.

She just stared at her food thinking of so many things in her life. Asides the gossips everything else was just fine. Well... until!

'Boom' the door burst open. There stood men in black safe guarding someone while the school security who had not chase to them, tried to control the situation. Ok, this was something unique, something that doesn't happen every day...it had everyone confused and weridly excited.

The security looked like clowns right now compared to the muscles, they were actually trying to argue with them? That was the joke that had everyone intrigued. Though Heather was more focused on something else, the guy being guarded. He looked crazily familiar to her.

Her eyes were fixed on him until his gaze met with hers. Sudden shock, anxiety, disbelief filled Heather. Her eyes were widened as she stared at him. No..it can't be...it can't be... all her could not process that. It was impossible right. What shocked her the most was that he looked so relieved to see her, he even had a small smile on his face. 'No...Shawn?' she mumbled with glassy eyes.

As he approached her, she clenched her fists still shivering. Through the silence, his steps echoed as he made his way to her. Disbelief filled everyone's mind. 'Ba-boom' 'ba-boom' 'ba-boom' she could hear her heart beat. It got faster as he got closer. And finally...

'Miss me?' he asked softly with seductive vibes. Words gagged her. She never believed that she would ever see him again. He still had his pretty smile as his brushed her hair to her ear. She finally exhaled and chuckled. 'Did you?' she asked back with a smile. 'More than anything' he replied...

There was no sense whatsoever in what just happened here. But it happened and left everyone ajar.

'Um Christopher, in otherwords...you don't exist' Charles broke down the situation to an angered Christopher for better understanding. 'Ahhh...ahhh' Charles gasped as he was being strangled. ' Ah dude, I was just trying to-'' Shut up!!!'

In the school garden, there were seated a girl and a boy. With the girl's head over his shoulder. They sat there enjoying eachother's company. It quiet and peaceful.

'I missed you' Heather confessed. ' I missed my brother' she added. '...' no reply? She looked him properly, Shawn half smiled and then replied. Satisfied, she laid back. ' hmmm.... there's something I don't understand though' ' what is it?' ' how did you escape?' his body froze, she felt it and rose again. ' what's is it, are you hurt? what... please tell me..' she panicked. 'it's nothing, just forget it okay, I am here now and that is what matters ok...' he assured. She nodded with a small smile. But something didn't seem to seat right. Was she overthinking?
