When I arrive back at the shop, it was around 11:05 and there was no one in sight. I quickly practice some acrobatics by flipping once, before doing a back handspring behind the counter. I was pretty satisfied with my stunt, I pull out my phone and start editing. Not even 3 minutes, a woman in a black mask and pearl earring walks inside the store. She walks up to the counter and pulls out a gun.
[Quest: Man vs Metal]
[Someone is holding you at gunpoint, fix the situation]
[Reward]
[Basic Alchemy Knowledge] [Basic herbs] [450SS]
I have an emotionless expression on my face, but I'm working overtime on how to get out of this situation. After a second or so, I had my solution. I start drawing a magic circle for lighting. When she moves the gun closer to my head, I let my lighting mana go and shock her, and I keep supplying it mana. She then drops the gun and tries punching me with her left hand. I grab her fist and try to slam her, but she uses the counter to keep her grounded. I then let go of her fist and grab some hair, and I grip it tightly before slamming her head on the counter and throwing her. She lands and moves some of my tables, I then take then gun from the hidden compartment inside my counter and load it, then pointing it at her head. She then raises her hands in surrender, but she then dashes towards me. I saw this coming, so I shot her left leg. She screams, but I still have my indifferent face on. I then pick her up and throw her on the bed. She seems to be struggling, but it's worthless, since she can't even stand. I then take off her mask, and see her face, it's not a pretty one, there are scars all over it. Actually, this was perfect, a new test dummy just presented themselves.
[Quest Completed]
When I start looking at the alchemy knowledge, I find the perfect pill for getting her to spill everything. It was a simple Scar Healing pill. It really wasn't hard, so when I take out the cauldron, I look over how to make the fire, turns out it's mana that alchemists use. I modified my fire magic circle into an isosceles triangle, causing the flames to burn at the same temperature forever.
After an hour or so, I have finished my first pill and look over it, and it's actually are massive success, having a purity of 80%. Most alchemists dreamed of this number, and the planets greatest usually only had 90-93% purity. After observing my work for a few more seconds, I then walk back to the bed. At this point, she had stopped struggling. Using my ultimate line that wouldn't make anyone wary, I decide to bargain.
"Want to make a deal?"
"What's on the table"
"It's a simple deal, tell me who sent you and retire. In exchange, I'll get you a job and heal your face" She looks at me with the doubt clearly visible.
"I'll even play nice, healing your face first. But if you don't answer my questions, you die." She nods her head and I put the pill inside her mouth. She swallows it and the scars start to fade from her face. Her face changes to a unblemished white and her eyes become a shade lighter, making them a hazel color. Her hair also became a bit lighter, becoming a light brown.
"The black fang gang sent me to kill you because your not paying and to use you as an example. As much as I would love to work for you, I'm 15, so I can't but ill find somewhere to crash. I don't have an ID that I could pass of as my new appearance."
"You can crash here" While I was saying this, I was using my restaurant remake to remodel the kitchen and make another bedroom and change his bedroom to be bigger, and for each room to have a toilet and shower. I totally forgot I had this, but whatever better late than never. I then open up my gacha again and start spinning again. I was going to clear out the annual gacha, then the monthly one. After I got everything I would improve my stats.

[Duplicate First Scythe has been exchanged for 150SS]
After looking around, I then look over and see the spiritual energy to find it naturally being absorbed by my guest, seems my decision was the right one. A genius to help you at when needed is never a bad thing. I walk over to the counter and pick up the ID and toss it towards her, the name on it was Bianca Baker. She catches the ID and looks over it and looks at me funny, probably because fake ID is extremely difficult to get and takes moths to years.
"Just go find a school to go to, I'll try to get you somewhere good"
"Why?"
"Because your a cultivation genius, no reason to make you an enemy." She looks at me funny, clearly not believing anything I just said. To be fair, that was something difficult to believe, even if you just fought someone using it just then. Just to demonstrate, I draw a magic circle for water and summon a ball of water.
She just looks confused before accepting that this was reality. I then toss her the dagger I just got, I didn't have a mirror and the blade would work just fine. When she looks at the knife, she just stands there for a few seconds.
Well, now I'm living with a world class assassin. At least my regular is more normal, right?
