"What do you want from me?" Matt demanded, his eyes narrowing, sensing that there was something amiss.
The woman's eyes flickered with something Matt couldn't quite identify. Was it fear? Determination? Or perhaps something else entirely? The man, still looking stubborn, crossed his arms but remained silent.
"We need your help, Matt," the woman said at last, her voice softening. "Something terrible is happening in your territory. The young man you found in the forest. All the mysterious forces began to act after him in our lands. Forces that neither of us could understand. You, as part of the team that found him, are the only ones who can help us."
Matt's suspicion grew as he listened to her words. "Why should I believe you?" he snapped, glaring at the strangers. "How do I know you're not trying to deceive me?"
The woman looked hurt but pressed on. "We have proof. We can show you. Just give us a chance, please."
Before Matt could respond, the man finally spoke, his voice filled with an emotion Matt couldn't quite place. "We don't have much time, Matt. The situation is dire. Believe us or not, we need your help. And we think you need ours."
That was the last thing Matt remembered before the pain overtook him. The man had pulled out a silver blade and plunged it into him. Everything after that was a blur, his vision clouding with darkness as he collapsed to the ground. Now, lying in the depths of the cave, Matt's mind raced. Who were these people? What did they want with him? What was this terrible situation they were talking about? And most importantly, why had they stabbed him with a silver knife, a substance known to be toxic to wolves?
As he lay there, Matt knew one thing for sure: he was in grave danger. But he also felt a pull towards the mystery they had brought to his doorstep. He realized he had to find out more what is related with Adrian, not just to save himself but perhaps to uncover something far more significant for his Alpha.
He also realized that he needed to act quickly. The silver blade's effects were beginning to take their toll, and he could feel his strength waning. Time was running out.
With a determined resolve, Matt began to plot his next move, knowing that every decision he made from here on could mean the difference between life and death.

In the darkened cave, the woman (Vella aka) and the man (Vall aka) paced nervously, their voices echoing off the stone walls. Vella's eyes were filled with worry, while Vall's face was etched with determination.
"Vella, we have to do this. You know as well as I do that the situation is growing worse by the day. Ever since Adrian appeared, the balance of magic has been disturbed, and the fabric of our world is starting to unravel. Matt could be the key to solve this problem."
"I know, Vall," Vella responded, her voice tinged with frustration. "But stabbing him? With a silver blade? There had to be another way."
Vall's eyes flashed with anger. "I didn't have a choice! He wouldn't have listened to us otherwise. You know how wolves are. The silver blade is the only thing that could subdue him without killing him."
"But what if we've made a terrible mistake?" Vella whispered, her face pale.
Vall's eyes softened, and he reached out to take his sister's hand. "We have to trust that we're doing the right thing. Adrian's appearance isn't just a coincidence. He's the half-brother of the Alpha, and he's a half-warlock. There's something at play here that we don't fully understand, and Matt could be the one to help us figure it out. Now, come out of this cave with me and have fresh air that may freshen our thoughts."
'But what if he awakens?'
"Do not worry about him, he cannot go anywhere with the silver effect in his veins." They left Matt alone and went out of the cave.
