000047 At The Hospital
July 25, Monday.
The time is about 8:10am.
My mother drop us off in front of the Male Hospital's entrance
And ask for a goodbye kiss.
Then she went to work.
I said goodbye to my mother.
After I gave her a deep kiss.
Many women who sees us was envious of my mother.
Then I walk towards the Hospital entrance with my beloved maid Mika.
There's also about 20 men from age 15 to 50 who are also going inside.
Along with few other male childrens.
Probably some are going for Monthly Male Dedication.
And some are for Male Donation or medical check-ups.
Some males of the male children are holding icebag on their cheeks.
While they are complaining of pains.
Is it a brawl?
Well...
It's apparently toothache.
I also saw an ambulance carrying a chubby teenaged man to the emergency room.
While he was shouting for pains.
Probably he's around 18 yrs old.
Apparently according to the appraisal.
He had a broken little finger nails in his right foot
And inflammation on the right foot's little finger.
It seems that the door bumped accidentally into his right foot.
After he vigorously and excitedly opened the door.
His beautiful mother and 2 beautiful bodyguards are also with him anxiously.
It seems there's also 2 beautiful slender wives following them.
I pray that they won't have a hard time.
By the way...
There's also a TV reporter reporting about the accident.
Probably it was being broadcast live in a morning news.
Many men also had bodyguards with them and their families.
But I came to the hospital with only my beloved personal maid.
Of course there are also other bodyguards in maid clothing among them.
Bodyguards are commonly in full black attire.
Black tuxedo and black slacks pants.
And wearing black sunglasses.
Anyway...
Since it will take whole day to finish the entire procedures.
The morning will be a series of test and body examinations.
Including psychological test and counseling.
And in the afternoon is the main dedication.
Which will require at least 2 to 5 hours.
The hospital area is about 800x800m in a square shaped land.
It seems too big when you think about it being within populated city.
The hospital is like an lying E or W shape building structure.
But only the F building are for females.
While the _ is the dedicated Male Hospital.

Which is commonly known as the Exclusive Male Hospital with 12 floors.
It is a separate building for security purpose.
But they are connected by a 10m passage way to the main building.
It also had a 590x40m wide parking lot in front of the Male Hospital.
The Male Hospital can be divided into 3 parts.
The Right wing with 250x100m area.
The Central hall with 90x100m area.
And the Left wing with 250x100m area.

And the other one is used for emergency patients in the Leftmost wing.
The main building emergency room is adjacent to the Male Hospital emergency rooms.
So that both can be used when either building's emergency room is full.
Each entrance has 4 security guards armed with shotguns and rifles with rubber bullets.
They're also carrying spare magazines with live munitions for emergency.
There's also other security guards watching the surroundings with surveillance cameras.
The 2nd floor is a dedicated floor for Designation Ranking Clinics.
With only clinics, laboratory and a small sports gymnasium.
Including Reception, Elevator and Stairs with Waiting Lounge.
The 3rd floor is a dedicated floor for Male Dedication.

The 6th to 12th floors are all patients room for men.
With cheap, standard, luxury and VIP rooms.
The top floor is a 590x100m wide garden.
All small and most medium scale hospital weren't capable of having an Exclusive Male Hospital building.
Since it's very costly.
Security and maintenance cost alone is very troublesome.
It's possible if it's not a dedicated hospital.
So only big hospital can support the cost.
The male hospital had a very tight security.
Aside from the security guards in the entrance and for surveillance.
Each floor also had at least 2 fully armed security guards.
Even VIP rooms are also tightly guarded.
Every personnel such as nurses, doctors, staffs and security had their separate ID.
Even Female visitors won't be allowed unless accompanied by a man.
Or was issued a temporary ID.
I went inside the entrance of the Male Hospital.
One thing I noticed is that it's fully air-conditioned .
But temperature seems to be constantly monitored.
And the coldness is just the right temperature.
And I look around the entrance.
From the entrance.
There's the 4m wide entrance door on the right.
And a 4m wide exit door on the left.
There are 4 security guards in each doors.
And each doors had metal detectors and surveillance cameras.
There's a baggage counter on the right side of the entrance door.
Where some luggage can be deposited including wet umbrellas.
On the left side of the exit door.
There are souvenir stalls.
Which sells charms, keychains, Tshirts, Fans and other non food related items.
Further inside is a 90x100m wide entrance hall.
The ceiling is about 8m high.
On the left side.
There is a 10m wide center aisle leading to the emergency room's entrance.
At the side near the main entrance.
There's a Pharmacy store and Medical Equipment store.
It looks exactly like a convenience store with wide products shelves.
There's a counter with drugs and medicines on the back that requires prescriptions.
The products on display are multiple types and brands of multivitamin and minerals.
Including some dietary foods and supplements like oatmeal and cereal meals, dietary teas and others.
There's also energy drinks and armored condoms on display.
Even some sex toys are also available.
There are also equipment for sale such as wheelchairs and walking canes for disabled and elderly.
And many other things.
On the opposite side of the pharmacy.
There are fiberglass window counters for Accountings, Registrar and Office in order from the entrance.
Next to the Pharmacy seems to be rooms for different types of Laboratories.
On the opposite side seems to be Employee's Locker Rooms, Employee's Lounge and Nap Rooms.
Further inside are more rooms including emergency rooms.
There are many nurses and doctors who are busy moving around.
They seem to be tending to the chubby man.
I can hear his voice shouting angrily.
And some staffs were in panic avoiding his wrath.
Then I look around to the right side.
There's a big Cafeteria that is 100x100m wide.
There's a 50x10m wide kitchen with a counter.
And food are on display in glass cabinet.
But other food are also in display board like a fastfood restaurant.
Which are easier to make.
It also had a cashier on one side.
The dining hall had tables and chairs that can accommodate more than 4000 people at once.
Since it's still morning.
Many people such as staffs were having breakfast.
But there's also some chubby males who was entice to eat.
Probably they haven't tasted some of the foods on display yet.
Some only ate sweets such as ice cream.
Some are having pizza or grilled hotdogs.
There's also a push carts that will be sent to the patient's room.
It seems the patient can order foods and drinks from the cafeteria.
On the right side of the kitchen near the reception.
There's are different food stall.
Such as donut stall, hotdogs stall, pizza stall, fruit stall and few other food stall for snacks.
On the left side near the clinics.
There's a space for vending machines.
And next to it is a comfort rooms for both men and women.
The vending machines were mostly divided into 3 types.
Drinks Vending Machines with Soda, Sports Drink, Water, Juices and Coffee.
Confections Vending Machines with Sweets, Candies, Biscuits, Cookies, and Breads.
Miscellaneous Vending Machines with Bath Towels, Towels, Handkerchief, Underwear, Tshirts, Pants, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Shampoo and Soap.
Though some of it can be bought in the pharmacy and cafeteria.
Which is open for 24 hours.
But each floor seems to also have vending machine in every entrance near the elevators.
When I look into the clinics area further back of the cafeteria.
It had a150x100m wide area and a 150x40m wide center aisle.
There is a 15x15m waiting lounge in front of each clinics.
Which can accommodate at most 4000 people in the lounge alone.
There's also TV for entertainment in front of each waiting lounge.
With several posters depicting human bodies or informations.
The clinic is divided into 2 room names.
The Specialize Field Clinic and the Doctor's Clinic.
The Doctor's Clinic is the main clinic where the doctor conduct their examination.
The Specialize Field Clinic is the collection of Doctor's Clinic with the same specialization of fields or related fields.
There are 2 rows of 15 field clinic on each side of the aisle or 30 clinics.
Each clinic is about 10x30m wide room.
It is divided into Doctors Clinic with 8x8m or 4x4m room division depending on specialization and equipments needs.
Like dental clinic or cardiologist which also requires bed and equipment for inspection.
And had a toilet and small kitchen in each specialist clinic.
Each field clinic has multiple doctors with the same or adjacent specialization.
Such as Opthalmology, Dental, Ears Nose Throat, Cardiology, Gastrology, Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Psychiatry and others.
The Obstetrics, Pediatrics and Gynecology clinic is on the 4th floor including delivery rooms.
Including the Geriatric clinic specialized for the male elderly.
There are also some male doctors and male nurses.
But there's also many other female doctors, nurses and other staffs.
Specially to fill the vacant post.
Because it's necessary to accommodate men as fast as possible.
There are many males waiting for medical check-ups in front of each clinic's waiting lounge.
There's about 100 males waiting in total.
Including more than 400 bodyguards.
And around more than 100 mothers and relatives.
It's overcrowded with more than 5 times more females.
Or more than 600 people in the clinic area alone.
And there are only 2 to 10 males waiting in line in each clinics.
The most visited clinic seems to be the dental clinic.
Because there are many men who had toothaches due to eating too much luxury sweets.
The next most visited is the Psychiatrist for counseling of men.
Which is counseling and comforting by the same male doctors.
Specially female phobia and sometimes stress or addiction.
Since it's always crowded like this in the clinics.
The Designation Ranking Clinics was separated.
And become exclusive only for Designation Ranking.
After looking at left and right.
I walk to the reception in the 90x100m wide entrance hall
There's a 20x12m Reception counter at the back of the entrance hall.
Each side had 5 Elevators with a 4m wide winding stairs around the elevators.
There's also another similar entrance and exit door at the side of each stairs.
Which leads to the garden behind the Male Hospital.
And also had 4 security guards, metal detectors and surveillance cameras.
In front of the reception.
There is waiting lounge in a 60x60m area of the hall with only benches.
Separated by a wide cross aisle at the center connected to the emergency entrance and the front entrance and exit doors.
And can accommodate 3000 people.
The waiting lounge is almost fully packed with bodyguards from 500+ male who will undergo Dedication, Donation, Designation Test or Re-Designation.
There's also a 2x2m wide TV above the reception for entertainment.
Which is currently broadcasting morning news.
Inside the reception counter.
There are 12 female nurses at the front reception.
With another 12 nurse in the small office tables behind.
Which seems to be for patients monitoring, intercom, emergency call, reservations and others.
And 20 more nurses at the long sofa at the back that are resting.
I had Mika wait also at the waiting lounge.
It seems she also recognize some friends from the crowd of bodyguards in the waiting lounge.
There's a group of about 40 maids among the group of bodyguards wearing black suits.
Then I went to the most beautiful reception nurse.
.
