Before the sun had even risen, Isaac and Yulia were already in the back garden early in the morning. On Isaac's back was a bag holding rations and potions and a package. He was smiling and listening to Yulia continue to talk without stopping.
"Do you have everything you need? Potions, weapons, whetstones, polishes, change of clothes, the Insignia of the Family. They need to know that you are a part of my family, or else they might kick you out. Also, please do not damage the necklace too much, or else we'll have to reimburse the Chaldean Family for it."
"Gahahaha, do not worry so much, Yulia. I'll be fine. I've done these kinds of jobs before, trust me." Isaac laughed at the worried Yulia. His excited expression was brighter than when he learned that an Anarchy Lord exists.
'...I am filled with nothing but worry.' It was a justified fear.
Yulia sighed, "I've already sent a letter to the Inhilgar Military Camp to inform them of your arrival. Then, I wish you well, Isaac… be careful. If things go south, escape."
"Of course… Well then, I'll see you later, Yulia."
BOOM!
With the Wings of the Thunder Bird, Isaac left Town in mere seconds.
Yulia watched from the back garden, and Yulia watched him disappear, "Be careful…."
"Oh, he's faster now." an old man wearing a butler's suit walked out behind a tree.
"He's improved in using his wings, or so he claimed." Yulia answered; then, she noticed the old man's face, "What is the matter, Grandpa Oliver?"
Oliver stood by the Lady she had been serving and taking care of for all her life and sighed as he asked, "Lady Yulia, I know you are worried about Sir Isaac failing, but… don't you think that writing a mission was a little too offensive to Sir Isaac? It's as if you doubt his character and strength."
For the 25 years, Yulia took the position of Town Lord; this was the first she's allocated such a sensitive and vital mission, not to mention dangerous.
For as long as Oliver could remember, Yulia remained adamant about dealing with everything regarding the Town's future, 'Even when Guards and Soldiers, the Lady always relied on her own strength and wiles more than anything else.'
But, for the first time in her long rule, Yulia decided to ask for the help of her friend. But she was so worried that she delayed Isaac for a day to write him a formal mission.
[Mission: Reinforcement Proxy.
Description: An Anarchy Lord's been spotted in a town near the borders of Inhilgar Kingdom and requested reinforcement from Yulia Dracma as payment for renting the [Necklace of the Guardian] from the Capital.
Requirements:
*Deliver the [Necklace of the Guardian] to the commanding officer of the Inhilgar's Military Camp.
*Act as the reinforcement in the name of the White Wing Town.
*Survive.
Reward: Travel Stone
Time Limit: 10 Days
Penalty: You will be marked for 20 days, and Yulia with hunt you and force you to be her subordinate
Arbiter: Jelal]
A Mission was even formed by Yulia to ensure that Isaac could do it. If he ever decides to not go along with the mission, he would be punished as per their agreement.
In Arcadia, there was no such thing as Missions. There was a request and a verbal agreement, and a contract, but this kind of arrangement was not something that existed.
The Arbiter of the agreed mission condition was the God of Merchants, Jelal. Yulia spent a lot of resources creating a proper mission on such short notice.
Missions are drafted to ensure the task wouldn't get disrupted, or the employer doesn't get betrayed. In short, if the employer does not trust the one she would give the task.
Oliver sighed, "I thought he was your friend, my Lady. I don't think it was nice of you to indirectly say you don't trust him."
Oliver's concerns were warranted, but Yulia simply shook her head, "I did not draft the mission to ensure Isaac won't betray me. He's not like that. He's a man who would risk his life for his friends… he won't betray me, and his skills are enough to go along the path leading to Inhilgar."
"Then… why?" Oliver asked, confused.
"It's so that if anything happens to Isaac… I will know, and I can help him. Don't you remember the penalty?" Yulia explained.
"...you drafted a Mission in the name of God Jelal to create a makeshift Crisis Crystal?" Oliver could not believe what he was hearing.
"Yes." Yulia proudly answered, "Besides, I think he already knows I trusted him when I gave him Durandal."
"Wait, my Lady, you gave him the previous Lord's Sword to him as well!?" Oliver panicked.
Durandal was the sword used by the previous Town Lord. It was said that it was crafted from the fangs of the legendary World Crusher and smelted in the Soul and Heart of the Phoenix. It was a sword he received after driving away from the Dragonkins around his territory and becoming a Dragon Slayer.
"Yes, I lost the bet, and the Sword will help him in times of grave danger, and I told him to give it back after, so he'll have a reason to go back to town," Yulia explained.
Yulia showed Oliver a smile brimming with satisfaction and peace, yet he could not help but feel something amiss, 'She did all that to ensure she can see him again?'
Oliver did not know if he should be glad or afraid.

The room was dark and cold, and in the middle was Lilia. Every breath she took came out a red mist, and the pearl embedded on her chest would glow a deep purple light. Connected to the pearl were bulging veins, pumping discolored blood into her body.
The pain was unimaginable, and only a select few in the world would be able to bear it for a minute, yet, Lilia endured. She had experienced many things for ten thousand years, but such pain was new even to her.
But, she held onto her consciousness for two weeks. Time passed slower than it should. But, eventually, the disgusting murky light of the pearl receded at its core, and forcing mana into the pearl, Lilia heard the sound of a bell ringing inside her head:
[The Abyssal Heart's been conquered]
A beam of light shot up the sky, reversing the night. It was so bright that it was as though daybreak had arrived, but its light was not burning to the eyes. It was the opposite of such dread. The light felt divine.
The tainted purple light became green, and the miasma that plagued the Kingdom and claimed the lives of tens of thousands was cleansed.
Those afflicted with poison were cured. The old felt young, and the injured were healed. The darkness was suppressed, and those aligned with evil and blight were crumbled.
The sensation was brief, but it reached far and wide. Thousands, tens, or even hundreds of thousands of people felt their knees weaken and prostrated before the light.
"A God… a God has appeared!"
The humans and other races' thoughts led to such conclusions seeing the bright light. But behind their so-called devolution, there was doubt. But, in the Fae Regions, seeing the light piercing the heavens from atop the World Tree caused them to break into tears.
The Elves, the Sylphs, and the Sprites all knew that their Great Guardian, who descended not too long ago to vanquish the Serpent that destroyed their previous land, had chosen to gift them with her divine presence.
With tears on their faces, they all thanked her for her greatness and grandeur.
The people of the Fae bowing before the World Tree believed wholeheartedly that the Lady of Eve was a Deity.

However, despite the fervor of those following her, Lilia would disappear with the light. For ten thousand years, she led the Fae of Arcadia. Many have forgotten about her; the thrones disregarded her. Thus, she no longer had a place in the very Kingdom she helped build.
Now, her place was not on a lonely throne, surrounded by revering followers. Her home was adventuring and seeing the wonders of the world she observed from afar.
Lilith chose to cross the world in search of the one she calls her friend. Without double guessing her A friend, she's willing to abandon what took her tens of thousands of years to build, "Isaac… I'm coming."
