Back at the hostel, Grace was all alone. Jessica must have stepped out or something she thought. Their other roommate, Jacinta was hardly in the hostel. She lived off campus most of the times. She thought about everything that Carolyn had told her but still wondered why she said much to her.
She didn't hide anything from her but she was still not sure about the whole thing. She would have to find out herself. She showered and changed into her night wear and was about calling Jessica to ask of her whereabout when the door cracked open. Jessica walked in, looking drunk.
"Hey..where you drinking? What's wrong with you?" Grace asked and just in time, she was able to hold Jessica when she was about to fall.
"Come...sit here." She helped her to the bed as she fell on it and started crying.
