"Another unsuccessful day of trying to get a job but another week of relaxing" I decided to get something to eat before returning home.
Living in the North Zone was the easiest out of all the other Zones. Once you turn 20 the government provides you two thousand dollars a month. Though it sounds good, it's actually not much at all. Everything in the North Zone is expensive, just buying a burger and fries costs over 100 dollars. Well, that is if you were going to a fast food place or a restaurant but restaurant food costs over a thousand. If you want to eat cheap, you go to the grocery store. The highest-priced item is only 78 dollars, and that's way cheaper than going out to eat. That's why people who live in the North Zone are considered some of the richest in the world, but the population of the North Zone is only 2 million. And there are not exactly poor people here, just wealthy homeless people who live in their cars.

Orion could see his house clearly as he walked towards it. Owning a beach house was the only thing he was proud of in his life. "I should get a bulter or something to help me clean-" Orion eyes opened wide in surprise. His windows were broken…all of them. 'It's like the thieves broke one glass and couldn't help themselves and broke more'.
Orion quickly ran to his house and opened the door quickly but quietly. Everything in his house was trashed, but he didn't focus much on it and went inside. He quietly walked to his kitchen and grabbed a kitchen knife. He could hear the people laughing and destroying a lot of things, so they weren't exactly trying to be sneaky. "Huu…" Orion exhaled and clenched the knife to make sure he didn't let go and rushed up the steps. The only thing upstairs was his room, so he didn't necessarily have to look for them to have to find them.
As Orion was about to enter his room, he saw a bright blue light shining inside. Which was a good thing for him as he would be able to see the thieves.

I walked in with loud steps to make my presence known. My hands were sweating and even though I have a knife I don't know whether I should kill them or can I even kill them. I turned to look at the three goblins. Wait, what? The three thieves were dressed as goblins and were actually 3 feet tall. I'm 6'1, so they look really short to me. They all three looked at me in surprise and anger. There was one on my bed and had an all black saber, and the other 2 were unarmed. I held on to the knife harder now because the costume looked pretty realistic.
"Kr eek Kuk" The guy with the saber made a noise and the two unarmed 'goblins' ran towards me. I prepared myself and put the knife in a reverse grip. The first goblin screamed and jumped towards me with his hands in the air. My instant reaction was to raise the knife and thrust it into the goblin's chest and immediately threw him off before he could try to attack me.
The other goblin grabbed onto my leg and started biting, "Argh you fucking!" I quickly started stabbing the goblin's head until he released my leg. His teeth didn't pierce all the way through, but my leg was still bleeding a little.
"Kuk kuk kruk" I looked to see the guy holding the saber slowly walking towards me while on my bed. The saber itself looked bigger than him and because of the slight curve it had he seemed to be struggling to hold it correctly.
*Thump*
He jumped off the bed and looked at me with an evil grin, so I returned the same look. He was a little taller than the others and was also holding a weapon, but I had a very dishonorable plan. I slowly bent down until I became eye level with the cosplaying thief and grabbed the leg of the other thief I had just taken down. Now I just wait for him to come a little closer. He started swinging the saber around as if trying to intimidate me, but that wasn't going to work. 'Now!' I threw the goblin's body quickly but also with a lot of strength, but the goblin blocked. "Dumbass" I jumped on top of him and grabbed his hand where he was holding the saber, forcing it down. "Die" I raised the knife and thrust it into his eye and pushed it in deeper for reinsurance.
"What the actual fuck". There is no way I just killed three people - well it was self-defense. I looked back to see the other two and saw nothing but black sand and 3 glowing white rocks. Wait, huh? The one I was just holding was gone! only black sand and white glowing rocks and no blood. But the black saber was still there "If I was hit by that saber it would've probably cut me in half" Why is it so sharp and clean?
Wait a second, what just happened? Goblins, disappeared, stone, and saber. Were those real goblins? Hold on. I looked where the source of light was coming from, and it was under my bed. This may be what I think it is, so I need to be careful. Putting the knife aside, I grabbed the saber as it was a much better weapon than a kitchen knife. Getting off the floor, I started pushing the bed with my leg and slowly started seeing what was causing the blue light, and all my questions were confirmed. "This explains it all haha it's definitely a dungeon". Just looking at the blue spiraling around was mesmerizing and made me want to go inside. But apart from that, does that mean I have a…

[First Killer: You were the first to kill an otherworldly beast! 20% more damage to all otherworldly beasts]
This is unbelievable, unreal, and surreal if that even makes sense. Everything happened so fast that I can't even think normally anymore. Just like in the novels, the world is going to start changing either slowly or quickly.
I should collect the stones, though they might be important.
[Inventory: Mana Stone×5]
Should I enter the dungeon or just leave it be is the most critical question. Entering the dungeon is a very risky move, especially alone. But if I survive I could start and be ahead of everyone else…what if there's a person who's going to go through the same thing as me…he would be the main character. Because I wouldn't have been home already if my favorite food place wasn't closed, so this could all be coincidental. That type of thinking is really corny, but it could also be a possibility. Either way, if I don't go inside the dungeon more goblins are going to keep coming out so It's either I leave and wait for the trouble to start or get into action before it starts…" ha fuck it".

"So bright?" I looked around and saw nothing but grass and dirt. I still had the saber in my hand, which made me feel safer and boosted my confidence a smidgen. 'Nowhere to go but forward' As I kept walking a cave started to appear in my vision. There's a giant opening and it's the base of the goblins and whatever else is in there. I kept walking and the closer I got, the more I was able to see in the cave. There were seven goblins greeting me at the entrance and their eyes were glowing red. I could feel my palm start to sweat a little, "Such a scary and ugly sight". I grip the saber and rush towards the goblins. From what I know of goblins in fantasy books and anime, they like to scream to call back up.
"I think I might like this!" I could feel the wide smile on my face as I rushed towards them.
