"Throw away your life?" I asked.
Floki nodded back. "Marius is dead. I plan to live my life in peace until the day I die. By any luck, I should live up to two hundred years and have sons to inherit my pack."
I chuckled. "It is either you have suddenly become a pussy, or you know something that I do not."
Floki smiled deviously. "Of course I do."
Bjorn was getting irritated with Floki being cryptic already. "If you have something to say, then say it. I have no idea why the both of you have to go back and forth on everything."
"Okay. Okay."
We kept looking at him, waiting for him to start explaining. But, Floki chose that moment to pour himself a cup of juice. Neither Bjorn nor I said anything; we were used to his dramatic ways. Floki would poke and poke until you exploded at him; there was no need to give him exactly what he wanted.
