Andor.
The lady in front of Derek was grinning from ear to ear; no doubt he was pulling out all his moves to get her to sleep with him. I stopped in front of them, and Derek wore a huge smile when he noticed me.
"How are you, Derek?" I asked warmly.
He was about to reply to me when the lady he was with strolled out of our midst. "What did I do?" I wondered aloud.
Derek responded with a small grin. "I have no idea, my Lord."
I shrugged. "We are leaving tomorrow, so I would hurry up and make all the promises you need to get her."
He chuckled back. "I have already started. I expect concrete results by tonight."
His response made me laugh more. It was nice to shake off the knot that Iris placed in my chest. I could not believe that she had something to do with Marius, even after she insisted that I was being paranoid.
A frown must have formed on my face as the thoughts passed through my head because Derek asked. "What is wrong?"
