Director Susinna also laughed out loud after looking at the disbelief look on Victor's eyes. The situation had suddenly turned awkward since Janet never called him 'brother'. The poison named 'jealousy' began to roll all over his heart, forcing him to swallow it whole.
Director Susinna's assistant broke the silence first, stuttering as he glanced between them,
" Ah..this..."
Janet quickly explained the situation, sounding innocent,
" Oh...He is my boss but I respect him just like my big brother. That's it, Assistant Kevin."
In her explanation, Assistant Kevin nodded his head with understanding. He knew that Victor was definitely interested in Kate Clark not anyone else. But Victor Reynolds's face turned stormy, exactly the color sky gathered before the storm. He came all the way to observe her personally yet she called him brother in front of everyone.
