LORRAINE'S POV
I held my breathing, and waited. I was scared, and tried to get a hold of myself. Suddenly I heard footsteps walking closer to where I were, I listened closely and it didn't seem like a footsteps of two persons.
I took a peep of who was approaching, to be sure that it was actually a lone soldier. To my surprise a lone soldier walked past me. He walked five steps, then stopped. I swallowed hard in panic. The place was too small to hide, I tried to maintain my balance, but my legs were quivering in fear. I gritted my teeth hard while praying he would leave. He didn't. Instead, he backpedalled, and stopped directly...
"Look..." He tried to alert the others.
My limbs moved like they had a mind of their own. I thrust my legs forward, kicking him right in the crotch. It wasn't strong enough, but it wasn't weak either. He made a grunt of pain, but I simply shoved him in, knocking him out cold, as I slammed his head on the wall.
