To our surprise the gifts of Crown had not ended with the discovery of the boats, a few months later at the edge of the Black Marsh where the river water flowed into it there the water began changing, pure crystal clear water flowed into the swamp and slowly cleared the toxic water
Although it was slow we predicted that after a few years the entire Black Marsh would be purified!

We shouted and cheered upon the discovery of this phenomenon and every one here knew what had caused this change
"to be able to turn the Black Marsh into fertile lands, does this mean the hero is a Grandmaster?"
One man spoke up as we came to realization, such a feat was indeed impossible by a normal human, at the very least he had to have reached a realm way above Master rank

Congming said as he pondered, he was an Expert Rune Carver and had seen many martial artists and believed that this would require someone above the Grandmaster rank like the seven pillars

The beasts that used to live in the swamp had also become purified after drinking the clear water and were no longer poisonous and were less aggressive making it a perfect land for farming and fishing
Slowly the people of Order Watch had turned their eyes to a new life filled with joy and had forgotten of the sorrow of their past lives under the tyranny of the previous city lord
The empire had personally congratulated the Order of the Woven Crown and crowned our leader the new city lord and even gave him the title of Imperial Judge and was now in charge of Law and Order in the Lin empire
