When the facility started working again and a hatch had opened up causing some debris that lay on top to fall inside, when I went inside I was surprised the material that the facility was made of, it was so durable that even the giant stones that fell didn't even dent the floor
I glided down with my Elari wings and looked inside, it looked like a hallway made out of a black metal and glowing purple pipelines coiling around the ceiling
I followed the hallway until I came upon a sealed door, no matter what I tried to do it wouldn't budge, not even a scratch was made when I used my full force attack
Instead I decided to try using my AI to scan it
/scanning... Password encryption detected, attempting to decode.../
I waited for a moment wondering what the password was
/password is in an unknown language format, unable to open/
I knew that no password I could think of was possibly right because I don't know the language it was written in, it also didn't belong to the Runic language either
But I noticed 3 indentations in the wall that looked like hexagons, most likely this door was opened when three keys were brought together
I decided to leave it be for now and come back when I at least knew what language the password was in or found the three keys
What I found interesting was that after several days of walking around the ruins while fixing them I had found traces of the Lin empire soldiers who had left cans of food and other things that were labeled by the Lin empire for their soldiers only
I had finished exploring the ruins and finding nothing of interest except the numerous amounts of runes and glyphs I had learned and decided to go to the Lin empire's imperial palace
I knew there was something they were hiding but I didn't know what exactly, very little is told about the 7 Pillars and how they raised the walls around the Lin empire except what is known from legends and rumors
But before I left there was still one thing to take care of, the giant snake that had been nested outside the barrier had been causing problems by destroying runes that I fixed outside of the barrier so I had to get rid of it
I had made my own barriers similar to the one that was protecting the ruins but because I lacked Li compared to the ancients that made the barrier I could only make a weaker version which unfortunately couldn't withstand the attacks of the snake for long and failed to protect the runes and glyphs I carved under it
Today I would finally defeat the giant beast which I called Tyrant Fang for it's size and strength
I had been training for this entire time and had reached the Expert level and was capable of defeating it now if I wasn't careless
When I saw the snake laying in the distance basking in the sun I decided to set some traps while it wasn't paying attention
Trap Runes were very useful for combat if you had enough time to set them, after a while I set up a bunch of trap Runes and baited the snake
The stone floor began shaking when it started moving as dust flew up, it's giant body unfurled as it's head poked out of the dust staring at me as if bewildered by my courage to attack it
