The wolf jumps on me and I try to push it off but it is too heavy and he is a lot bigger than I am. " C...Coda!" I yell trying to get him to get off me but he doesn't listen and bares his teeth. I close my eyes and look away and go slack under him terrified, but I can't fight him I am too small compared to him. He growls loud and I whimper and cover my face, then there was a sharp pain shooting through my hands and I look at them. It is as if a knife was being shoved into my palm and into my wrist being pulled up opening my whole arm. I scream at the feeling and the wolf slowly gets off and sits at my feet, but I can't move. The pain has made it all the way through me to my feet. The next thing I know I hear a cracking sound and I can see the bones in my hands moving. I scream and my back is breaking and snapping, as I try to move my legs start snapping and changing. I blackout from the pain and the last thing I feel is a slobbery mouth wrap around my arm and pulling.
I wake up on the floor in the middle of the woods, and I go to get up but I stumble and fall back down on my side. I go to groan in pain but instead, a growl comes that makes my whole chest vibrate. I look and see black with white-speckled paws and jump back hitting a tree. I look up and everything is so much clearer and I can hear the birds chirping louder than before and I feel my ears twitching. I see Coda staring at me in his grey wolf form, so I stood up slowly and tried to walk to him but fell on my face with my hind end in the air and looked at Coda for help. He made a chuckling sound and used his nose to help me up and I leaned on him and tried to get a feel for being on all four paws and it diffidently felt new. He moved away fast and I caught myself and stood there with my legs out like a newborn deer. He watches me and nudges my side and I fall on my side and growl at him.
He laughs again and I growl louder and try to push myself back up to no avail. He walks away behind a bush and I hear bones cracking and clothes rustling. He walks out back in human form and looks at me smirking," Oh come on sis you're just gonna lay there all day lets go." He says and starts to walk away. I bark slightly and try to scoot to him but I can't and grumble, but then I push myself up and slowly start to walk to him and he smirks," Come on you weakling." He states knowing I hate being called weak, so I stand taller and walk with more ease and smirk pinning my ears at him then jump at him, but he dodges me and I faceplant into a tree. I whine and pin my ears and just lay there not wanting to move.
He walks to me and taps his foot on me and I growl weakly and whine. He leans down and pets my back. " Sis you are doing so good. This is your first shift and you are doing much better than I did. " He tells me and I look at him and tilt my head slightly, " It's time to show you how to turn back now." He stands up and walks away and I just lay there watching him walk away. He disappears from my view and I look around listening to the sounds of the forest and it soothes me. I hear a twig snap behind me and I flinch slightly and let my ears twitch to try and hear it better.
I feel a sharp pain in my back and jump up, as I jump up I see Coda jump back and I see a syringe in my back. I start to sway and pass out. I see nothing so I feel relaxed and at ease in my mind and body. I have been asleep for hours, then I wake up slightly due to pain shooting through me.I am laying on something soft and comfortable. I go to sit up and I hear Coda breathing slowly in the chair across the room. He is asleep so I slowly try to get up without waking him.
I put my hand on the door handle and he instantly shot up and growled at me, his eyes glowing bright blue. I jump and move against the wall looking at him waiting for him to calm down. His eyes slowly fade back to green and he exhales," God sis, you scared the living hell out of me. " I giggle slightly and smirk," Well wimp, don't be so jumpy." He smirks and snarls playfully. " You wanna be sassy I'll put you in your place." He smiles and jumps at me shifting mid-air and I scream laughing dodging him and running to the opposite side of the room.
I look at him and he is just standing there smirking, then he lowers his front half getting ready to pounce. " Wait! I don't know how to shift." I huff and he snorts at me," Don't you laugh at me you pain in the tail. I don't see how this is fair if I can't fight you in the same form." I cross my arms and glared at him as he snorts and chuckles more. He walks out of the room and I stand there wondering what he is doing. He walks back in changed into human form and looks at me crossing his arms." Picture your wolf in your head and imagine your claws elongating and your fangs growing. Picture your fur starting to grow out of your skin and your bones moving into place." He tells me watching me as I feel a tingling feeling go through me, then I feel pain as my bones snap and move into place. I whimper and open my eyes, I am now on all four paws and can see everything as if I am looking through a magnifying glass. I smirk and get low and growl at him and he smirks, " Now who is being unfair." He laughs and shifts getting low and jumps on my back play biting the back of my neck.
I jump around being a dork and he jumps off so I run at him and pin him to the ground and play growl at him. He laughs and paws at my snout and tries to push me off of him, and I nip at his paws chuckling. We hear a knock at the door and look at each other and he tells me to hide. I slide and hide under the bed with my tail tucked and ears pinned. he shifts getting dressed and opens the door and I hear stepmom, Daphnie, talking," What is going on in here, it sounded like a fight was going on with a bear." I exhale slightly and look at Coda, and he shakes his head at her then he looks at me without her noticing shaking his head." No, I'm just cleaning up." He tells her and she looks around and her face pails and I try not to laugh noticing we have trashed this room.
She walks out and I exhale and relax as he closes the door leaning his head against it. I try to scoot out but my hips get stuck and I growl. He starts laughing his head off and I growl louder and he shushes me so Daphnie doesn't come back. He lifts the bed and I jump at him making him fall over and the bed slams don't the ground and I jump and pin my ears. We quickly run to the window and open it but we are on the second story, but he jumps out shifting mid-air and landed then he looks up at me waiting for me. I jump out and we both bolt to the forest the surrounds us.
