Chapter 74 - Prometheus

The beasts pulled the golden carriage before a pair of tall red wooden doors. White walls lined both sides of the wooden doors, seemingly having no end.

The beasts stopped moving, and a man dressed in golden clothes stepped out of the golden carriage.

"My my, so this is where the anomaly lives." The man in golden clothes shielded his eyes from the sun as he muttered to himself.

He looked around for a bit before he walked towards wooden doors.

"Knock knock, anybody home?" The man in golden clothes shouted.

"Who's there?" A voice filled with vigor sounded out.

The golden clothed man paused for a moment before he stated his name. "Prometheus."

"The titan who gave man fire? Why are you here?" The youthful voice sounded out again.

"I'm here to meet the anomaly who shattered the world barrier. Your sudden presence has alarmed the gods, thus I was sent here to check your allegiance." Prometheus replied.

Following that, the twin doors swung open.

A gust of spring wind blew into his face, ruffling his white hair tainted with golden blood.

Prometheus took a deep breath to brace himself before he walked in.

The double doors closed tightly behind him.

Upon walking through the door, Prometheus was greeted by a poor man's scenery.

The earth was dry and cracked, the trees were old and withered. Even the pond that once housed rare fishes had dried up.

In the middle of this barren land was a building with broken walls and windows.

A sign hung down which said 'Community Hall'.

It was clear to Prometheus that the builders of the building were amateurs at best.

And the more Prometheus looked around, the more speechless he became.

'This doesn't look like the house of a great master…Did I receive the wrong address?' Prometheus cupped his chin and thought to himself.

Just then, a young man wearing a white shirt and baggy pants walked out.

He revealed a bright smile as he walked towards the golden clothed man.

Prometheus looked over and became shocked.

The young man was walking towards him in a casual manner yet Prometheus sensed a change in the air around him.

His back had started to sweat buckets as a result.

'Nevermind, I have come to the correct location. The young man is the anomaly.' Prometheus sucked in a cold breath and thought to himself.

The young man exuded a nasty and murderous air.

Prometheus was sweating profusely just from the young man's aura.

The titan pondered if he'd be able to take on the young man if the negotiations turned violent.

But if negotiations go well, the gods of this world wouldn't have to worry about the anomaly betraying them in the future.

Thinking so, Prometheus suppressed the fear in his heart by releasing his own godly aura.

He then extended his hand out and introduced himself to the young man.

"Pleased to meet you, Sir. Prometheus, the Titan who gave man fire, here. Because we can tell that you are a truly special person, the Gods of Olympus are eager to accept you as their apostle. By serving as an apostle-"

"Enough with the small talk. I'm Blake Chaos, a legendary magic cultivator known for slaughtering celestial beings with a rusted blade. Angel Executioner is my dao title." Blake slapped the titan's hand away before he pointed at himself with a smile.

"Despite the fact that you're a Magic Ancestor like me, your balls are bigger than your head. You are too naïve to ask me to become a dog for your second-rate religion!"

Prometheus was stunned. Was this how mortals talked to their greatest ancestor?

I gave them fire and took on a millenia of torture for them, yet this was how they repay me?

I don't know if this anomaly was born by savages or that he was just naturally that rude.

The titan was stunned beyond imagination.

And before he could come back to his senses, Blake released his Magic Ancestor aura in full swing.

"Boom!"

The earth beneath him caved in due to the insane pressure his realm released!

"Boom!"

This time however, the earth beneath didn't crack further.

Instead, it was the Titan, Prometheus who was being pressed against the dry ground, gasping for air as he tried his hardest to resist Blake's spiritual pressure.

"Ha…Ha…HA!" Prometheus gasped out loudly.

As Prometheus struggled to rise up, the titan's golden clothing became wet in his sweat in a handful of breaths.

"This is...This is treason, mortal! I'm a god! You are nothing more than a sinner! You…How dare you embarrass me in this manner?! If you don't free me right now, I'll reclaim humanity's source of fire with a snap of my fingers! I–"

The spiritual pressure on Prometheus relaxed before he could continue speaking, allowing the titan to gently rise.

'Heh, it appears that this abnormality is still human. I should make him bow and beg for forgiveness, or else I'll take away his source of fire as punishment.' Prometheus giggled in his heart.

But just as he was about to stand up, Blake released his spiritual pressure on the titan again, forcing the titan to crash back down onto the ground.

"Guh!" Prometheus grunted.

Following that, countless snapping sounds rang out as Blake crushed all of the bones in the titan's body with his spiritual pressure.

"Gah! You…you monster! Are you not afraid of me taking back humanity's source of fire?! Are you not afraid to plunge humanity back into the Era of Darkness?! Countless humans will die because of your arrogance! If you release me now, I promise you I will–"

"You're about to die so you started spouting bullshit. Haiz, you gods are no different from humans. Your mouths always open with flowers and end with absolute shit."

Blake walked over to the boneless titan before he squatted down.

With a wave of his hand, a pile of shit flew over from god knows where.

He then manipulated his magic power to force open Prometheus' mouth.

"If you don't give me some useful information about this world right now, I will let you eat shit. Literally." With a pile of dung floating near the titan's mouth, Blake revealed a devilishly smile that would put devils to shame.
