During the nearly three hour long classified briefing on Lustia Lunesta Haniel that emphasized the extreme amount of danger involved in what boiled down an inmate transfer between two facilities run by different agencies, Zeph learned several things, including why it was being conducted as a highly classified operation, and his role or roles in it.
The reason for it having to be kept need to know was because the danger level did not necessarily come solely from the already highly dangerous Lustia Lunesta Haniel but from other Nephilim and a small faction of Falling Angels that might try breaking her out due to her status within their ranks.
