How bright.
I raise my hand to cover my face from the brightness that was blinding to my eyes.
I wasn't expecting to be more thankful that I was back in this building than I was today. Overwhelmed by fear, my body was still shivering as I remembered that dreadful encounter, but how did I get in?
"You're finally up?" I hear a familiar voice say. As I turn to my left side in panic I find Helio seated in a safe, watching me from a distance with his long legs crossed, his fingers locked in between each other and placed upon his thigh. "I was expecting you to sleep a little longer." He says,
"If I did, were you planning to sit there and watch while I did, sir?"
"No. I wasn't…" Helio stood up from the sofa and walked towards me, "but now that you've awakened I can now say what I've been holding back while seated there."
