Chapter 8 - Chapter 7. Secrets and Traps.

Today, would forever be remembered as the day I was screwed. I never intended for my day to turn from bad to worse, as a matter of fact I'm completely helpless, if only I went to bed when I had the chance to, but regardless of that, why isn't the person leaving.

"Ah!" I hear a long sigh, and know I'm doomed, there's no way I'm escaping this now.

Five minutes passed, then ten and more, to the point where I lost track of time and gave up. I stand up from behind the bar and reveal myself, it was a chance I had to take but, the situation right now, I can't take it.

Hahaha!!!

Helio, the most feared business man in the world, laid not on the chair or table but on the floor, fast asleep, if anyone got to see this then they would surely take pictures but I'm without even a phone, too bad I don't have a marker as well otherwise well he'd walking around in a moustache in the morning. Too bad, however what am I to do in that situation.

I stood puzzled. Firstly, the floor was cold, and the AC's were turned on as well so he'd be sure to catch a cold if he slept here. Hmm, I'll turn the AC off first.

Carefully, I tip toe and grab the remote and turn it off. Clapping my hand and feeling proud of myself for helping an arrogant and vile man, now I can comfortably sleep.

"Ugh." I hear a small murmur from behind me. Keep walking Rebecca, keep walking. "Who's there, help me up." Damnit, I got caught, but he's drunk, he might not realise it's me even if I ignore him right? "Hey… I'm… I'm… talking to you." Whatever, let's just help.

"Coming Sir."  I drag my legs and finally reach Helio who is still half asleep. Now that I can look at him closely he has long lashes, and finely curved eyebrows, his hair, it's tempting to touch as well, I'd take advantage of him except it isn't something I'd do. Not so mighty now are you Helio. Alright then, let's get moving.

I didn't know what to do, or how to help, so I tapped him to wake him up first but he was only responding with mutterings. Hmm, do I grab the hand or support him with my shoulder. The second sounds better. "Hey, what are you doing?" Helio complained as I helped him up. It's better he sleeps, I should have just left him there.

It wasn't an easy ride, he wasn't as light and weak as he looked, in fact he was heavier than myself. My legs swayed left and right as I held on to Helio but I kept moving anyway, cursing the asshole the further I walked, why drink if you can't hold your liquor and why build such a big mansion and fill it with stairs if you can't climb because you're drunk.

Hmm, now that I think about it. I wonder which room belongs to him.  "Um sir, which room belongs to you?"

"The… the…. one on the left." Left, what left? Has he ever considered counting how many rooms he has in the first place? I feel frustrated, oh well since he owns the mansion and every room belongs to him any room will do. I'll just put him in a random room on the left. That's what I said.

A few feet away from the left wing, Helio, like a remote control robot, pushed me away. He dragged his feet to his room while stumbling as he walked, and naturally I had followed him to make sure he didn't hurt himself. He would constantly feel the walls and the door, and count on his way. "One, two…" the further we moved the more the numbers increased until finally, he stopped in front of a door.

"Is that your room sir?" I asked a question, but he did not answer. He just stood still, not moving or speaking, but then he rested his head on the door. I battled with myself on whether or not I should open the door but seeing as he was not moving, I shifted Hello to a corner and opened the door.

Is it pink? Why is it pink?

Did he perhaps have a sister who stayed in this room, but I've never heard of a female in the Helio family, there were only three boys and Helio was the youngest. "Oh." I feel Helio bump into me as he walks into the room. I questioned myself on why he would walk into this room but there was no answer and so I let him be.

There was a family portrait hanging on the wall, it was a photo of the Belios family, and Helio, he stood next to his mother. If it weren't for his dressing one would think he was a female, he was that beautiful. "...#$&!..." The lips of Hello moved but words weren't coming out. If anything, all that came out were whispers.

"Excuse me, I couldn't hear you, what was that sir?"

"Get out!" His cold voice became colder and harsher than when he had abandoned me in that warehouse. There was nothing that could explain his action and he was still half awake. It seems this room has more secrets that I could tell. I should go.

"Alright sir. Have a goodnight."

I leave the room for Helio, but 'what was that all about?' Rather than feeling proud of myself for seeing him in such a state and being the only one to help him, I found myself confused about the mysterious nature of Helio. The man who yesterday was fierce and cold felt completely helpless and weak. Was that the alcohol talking?

"Hurry up. Let's get out of here." As I approached my room I found my new colleagues engaged in an act of theft. The rude ladies from this morning who laughed at me from behind the kitchen head were carrying out my appliances. "Hurry." The one at the door whispers. I watched from a corner and let them do as they please, but then I realised something. I had a hairpin that was strong and a bit heavy, and not too far from me was a window. Their bullying ends here.

Just as one of them was moving a small wooden cabinet.

Crash!!! Went the window as it shattered from a single throw. I used to play baseball when I was in highschool and college so this is nothing. "What's that." One of them said, unknowingly she let go of her side and it fell on the leg of the other who cried out in a loud voice.

"What the hell, can you be anymore clumsy."

"Shh." She said to quiet the lamenting lady, the place went quiet and then we began to hear the bark of a dog.

"What are you doing in my room." I reveal my face to the girls who stood at me, staring blankly as if they had seen a ghost. Worse of all, they still held in their hands the stolen goods. Not this time ladies.
