'First of all, let's find out what a Chircisk is' he thought as he opened the in-game forums.
And after a few minutes of searching, he found out that they are sorta like chickens but a little bigger and more aggressive than normal chickens, and if these forums are to be beloved he needs to be careful with them as they don't like strangers.
'Oh, so just big chickens I can handle that.'
After asking for directions from Edith and getting glared at by little Sera he found himself at the Chircisk coupe which was the size of a barn.
Looking at the barn he can't help but say. "I'm starting to think these things are bigger than a little bigger."
Waking up to the door, he lifts up the wooden plank that was holding it shut, sets it to the side, and then pushes the doors in to reveal the Chircisk.
"In what world is that like a chicken?"
The Chircisks did look similar to chickens but were the size of horses similar to that one mount from that one game but these ones looked like a mix between a chicken and a lizard as they had reptilian-like heads and some scales but the majority of their bodies were covered in feathers.
'And how is that a little bigger? Like sure if you can call chickens the size of goddam horses a little bigger.'
'they also look more like dinosaurs with feathers than big chickens' he thought as he carefully entered the barn
"Wait a second, wasn't it said somewhere that dinosaurs are supposed to have feathers?"
When the Chircisks noticed Dracard's presence and looked at him instead of approaching him they backed away from him.
"?" 'Why are they backing away?' he thought as he was ready to run if needed.
As he got closer to them they started making noises that sounded like chickens growling.
Hearing this he stopped but as soon as he did the Chircisks ran at him at full speed.
'Ah fuck!' he thought as he braced for impact by covering his face with his arms.
…
..
.
But the impact he expected never happened. Looking around he sees that all 25 of the Chircisks are gone.
"Wha?" 'where they gonna attack me?"' he thought in confusion
"If you're confused it's because they are afraid of you." the voice of the old man sounded behind him.
Looking back Dracard sees him smoking a long tobacco pipe
"Um, why? I'm not that scary am I? What's so intimidating about a five-foot gremlin?" he asked a little hurt by how the Chircisks reacted to him
Giving Dracard a strange look he then walks up next to him and blows some smoke to the side and says. "It's not that your scarry it's that your half-demon"
He then continues into the barn. "Come along."
"What does being a half-demon have to do with it, I've been attacked by animals before?" he asked as he was following the old man
"Well what you encountered are wild animals that have to survive with monsters daily, but these guys, although a little temperamental, are domestic and usually don't encounter any wild animals or monsters," he said as he was walking toward the back where the Chircisks were.
In the back of the barn was a bunch of hay and hay bales all over the back wall and on the floor. In the hay were big eggs the size of ostrich eggs.
"Looks like we have a good number today." the old man said
"Well don't just stand there go grab one of the baskets from behind that door." he said pointing to the right.
Dracard quickly went to the barn's closet and grabbed some baskets. The inside of the closet was kinda big, not only baskets but other tools as well like pitchforks for the hay and shovels for the poop as well as a few other things but he won't be needing those for what he's doing today.
Returning with the baskets he asked. "So they see me as a scary monster then?"
"Yea. Also, I'm here to help you understand how to do your job properly, so just follow what I do today, and tomorrow you'll be on your own. ok?" he said as he took one of the baskets and started to collect the eggs. The total number of eggs today was 12.
After collecting the eggs they brought them to the house and put them on the table in the kitchen then went back to the barn.
In the barn, they grabbed a cart and shoveled the dirty hay, any wet hay bales, and poop into it then took it outside to dispose of it.
Then they grab fresh hay from another barn and cover the floor with it.
After that, they checked the food and water in the barn and outside the barn. And at some point during the job the old man started to call Dracard Kid and even after telling him his name he still didn't use it and just continued calling him Kid.
And when they were done it was a little past breakfast time.
"All right let's get breakfast now" the old man said as he started walking back to the house
'Finally, I'm starving.' Dracard thought to himself.
Breakfast was simple eggs, toast, and beacon, the ones who made it seemed to be Edith and Sera.
Sitting down to eat Dracard couldn't help but feel a little awkward eating at a stranger's house but isn't one to refuse hospitality and good food.
During breakfast, Sera was still glaring at Dracard.
"Sera, I told you to stop glaring at him."
"But I don't like him." she said with an innocent look on her face and in the posses hurting Dracards feelings.
'What did I do?' he thought to himself
"Sigh, Sometimes I don't know what to do with you."
Thinking for a moment she realizes something.
"Oh, right I just remembered that we don't know your name so this is a good time for introductions." she said with a smile.
"I'll start even though you know my name already. Once again my name is Edith and I work on my grandpa's farm. Ok now it's your turn." she said looking at Sera
"But he should already know my name, you just said it." she completed with a pout
"Even if he does know your name, proper introductions are important." the old man chimed in after taking a sip of his coffee.
"Hmm. Fine. "she says with annoyance
"My Name is Sera and I work here on grandpa's farm." She said not looking at Dracard.
Edith was looking at Sera a little disappointed in her.
"You can do better than that."
"It's fine. I said my name." she retorted being stubborn
"I guess it's my turn now." said the old man drinking his coffee
"But grandpa, she's being rude to our guest.
"It's fine, for now, she's still a child it's ok for her to be a little stubborn"
"My name is Conner and this is my farm. Just call me Conner or Old man. I don't really care." he said in an indifferent tone.
'His name is Conner, Why does that name sound familiar?' Dracard thought
After their somewhat strange introduction, they continued eating.
It was a little quiet after eating breakfast until the old man spoke up.
"All right, we still have some work to do. Hey Kid, there's still work if you're up for it?" the old man said
[DING YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DAILY TASK
{Task: No Rest for The Farmhands
The old farmer wants to know if you will continue working today.

"I think I'll pass, for now, I can still help with the Chircisks in the mourning tho haha Dracard said with a dry laugh and then thought. 'Like hell, I'm doing anymore today. My stamina is in the negative. I didn't even know it could go negative. I at least need some time to recover.'
Dracards Current Stamina (-8)
"Suit yourself." the Old man said as he left to the kitchen that is adjacent to the dining room to take care of his dishes.
"I'll take care of the dishes so you can go and rest. I'll call you for dinner and if you want anything for lunch just ask ok." She said leaving Dracard alone.
Sera was right behind her big sister to help her with the dishes
After that, he went up to the room he woke up in and logged out to get himself some real food
Not having much else to do he decided to text his friends and ask them if they had ever heard of an NPC named Conner.
>Oh really?<
>Why is she famous?<
>Yea I am, You jealous. lol<
>ok ok I believe you. Anyway I was wondering if she's so famous why haven't I encountered any other players?<
>How did he do that? Isn't he just a farmer?<
>I think the only reason for that is because of Edith, she's kind.<
>...what<
>why would you need my blood? I don't think we're the same blood type. < >What do you need my blood for?> >yea like being Half-Demon got me killed once why would anyone want my blood? Are they a vampire?< >No.< And I've almost gotten all the steps complete now I just need the Blood of a powerful entity. The type of entity doesn't matter just the blood lineage. And since demons are one of the strongest known entities in the game, using your blood I can get the best result for my class Advancement. I was thinking of trying to use dragon blood but getting any of that is impossible at the moment.> >How much are you willing to pay?< >It is because we are friends that I'm letting you have my blood in the first place just name a price. And if you've forgotten my main job in any game is item selling and since Blood is considered an Item you gotta pay for it.< >what I'd never do that no.< >It wasn't 200% it was only 125% of the market value and only because you wanted it and I did have other buyers at the time willing to pay much more for it. If anything I made a loss selling it to you at that price.< >Ok, fine let me think.< ///*Bonus Words: Class advancements Almost every class can advance at level 30 to a more powerful class if the requirements are met, and can become more specialized in a certain area of expertise ranging from offensive to supportive. The next advancement will be double the level of the last one. To make it simple it's just the first is at level 30, the second is 60 and the third is at 120 until the level cap is reached or the class can't advance anymore.*///
