MASON'S POV
I've left her for helping that omega. I wanted to punish her so bad but I stopped myself from doing so. I didn't want to make her scared. She thought she could fool me by helping the young omega.
When she had called, I knew exactly who's number it was. It was Katherine's. Katherine wasn't an omega. She was an alpha's daughter from the neighboring pack. Her pack was ambushed by rogues nobody survived besides her. So she had come to our pack seeking refuge.
My father gladly took her in, he wanted me to take her as my Luna becouse she was attractive and quiet smart.
Nobody knew who katherine was besides me and my family. She somehow became the head omega. I then got rid of her becouse she was becoming a nuisance to me. She somehow found out Mia is my mate and who Mia's father is.
Since Mia isn't ready to give herself to me, I call for one of the omega's to satisfy me.
You can't do that to our mate, she will be hurt if she finds out that you're sleeping with other woman whilst she's here, My wolf advice me.
I simply ignore him and put up a wall between us.
MIA'S POV
My wolf is going crazy, she says that I must obey every word my mate says.
I'm not going to listen to her. I'm going to find out what he's upto. Something is definitely wrong and non of this makes any sense.
I'm on my way home to get my stuff.
I'm almost done packing. I don't have much just a couple of outfits and two pairs of shoes. I dump them all in a bag. I neaten up the room and put all the stuff back into the box that Katherine had once owned. As I'm arranging everything back in it's place, I discover a book that looks familiar. I then recognize, It's Katherine's diary that she used to write whenever she was sad and depressed.
I open it and start reading the first page. I then start flipping from page to page, I halt when I see my name.
Dear Mia.
I know you're reading this. I wrote this becouse I'm not sure if I'm going to live any longer. There's something important you must know. Mason is your mate, his father had killed your mother. Your parents belonged to another pack. Mia, your father is alive but I'm not sure which pack he's from. I overheard Mason speaking to someone over the phone that's how I got to know this.
Mason somehow found out that I knew you about all of this. He threatened to take you away from me if I don't give him what he wants. I can't let him do any of that, so I've decided to get help from the alpha king.
Mia please get away from him, he's not stable. "He's a monster, he will hurt you".
Mia I always loved you like a little sister. If I don't make it you must know that Mason had something to do with my death.
I sob harder after finish reading the diary. Mason that monster, he killed Katherine and his father murdered my mother. They going to pay for what they did!
An hour later I'm at his place, he has given me a room to stay in. It's an enormous room, with a four poster bed and it has a bathroom and also a closet with clothes in it.
What exactly is he trying to do?. Does he honestly think that I will accept him and act as if nothing had happened.
I lay on the bed and try to get some sleep before I close my eyes I get this excruciating pain on my stomach. I cry out in pain.
What is happening? why is this pain not stopping?
He's cheating on us Mia. Bella tells me.
What can I do to stop the pain?.
There's nothing you can do Mia but stick the pain.
Do you see what I was trying to tell you all this time huh?. He isn't a good person Bella, he is a monster!.
We need to find a way to get out of here before he marks and claims me.
Fine, but we will just have to play along with him until we try and get out of this pack, we have to let him think that we trust him. Bella explains.
Whatever happens we cannot let him any near us. I will never accept him as my mate.
A slight knock on the door interrupts me from my thoughts, I wake up and open the door.
An omega stands in front of me with a tray of food in her hand.
Alpha has told me to bring you your dinner upto your room.
I take the tray and thank the omega, she nods and takes off.
I place the tray aside, I don't have an appetite after seeing that monster.
I lay on the bed and pull the covers on me.
I say a small prayer to the moon goddess, like I always do every night.
Goodnight Bella, I say out loud.
Goodnight Mia.
I soon fall into a deep slumber.
The next morning I wake up and do my normal routine.
I select an outfit to use for the day and brush my hair into a ponytail.
I head downstairs to the kitchen. I greet all the omega's that work here.
I enter the kitchen and start preparing breakfast. I'm making some pancakes, muffins, eggs and bacon. I cut up pieces of fruit and place it on the dinning room table.
When I'm done preparing breakfast I go back to the kitchen and tidy up.
As I'm wiping the kitchen counters an omega calls for me.
Yes?. I answer.
Alpha requests that you join him for breakfast.
OH No. I hate being anywhere near that creep.
Just go and play along. Bella instructs me.
I sigh. Fine!.
Goodmorning Alpha. I say to him.
He nods and gestures for me to take a seat.
I pull out a chair and sit a little further away from him.
I dish some food onto my plate and start eating.
He places his fork down and stares at me.
"Mia, I'm going to announce to the pack that I've finally found my Luna". Mason exclaims.
