Chapter 28
The sun had just gone back to its mother's womb, most chickens come to roost, busy bees retired to their hives with the quarter moon exuding dim rays of light. Delia who had had a hectic day could not wait to catch a glimpse of the apple of her eye. The bubbly toddler who never gave the nan problems had been bathed, well dressed and rendered access to view animations and on the TV screen was the hilarious Tom and Jerry as they waited for the arrival of his mum who had passed through the headmistress's place which was not so far away from the school. It took her between ten and fifteen minutes to drive between her house and the workplace. Having failed to chat with her about the weekend's good news owing to unseen pressure of work, Delia had eventually taken time to pass through her lavish residence to have a share of socials.
" Men need such treatment Delia" she had retorted.
