"I would rather thank you for the invitation" James humbly uttered.
"By the way, is Alex done with the Parliamentary project?" she inquired.
"The sky scrapper is now erect. I am sure there are now doing interiors" he responded.
"Which means he will not be having a big ongoing project pretty soon" she added
"He will fume to learn that I have outwitted him yet again" she continued.
