Kakarot couldn't help but be amazed by his newfound abilities, thinking to himself, "I think that is pretty impressive for a guy who knew nothing of Ki and Mana other than from the Dragon Ball series." With a sense of wonder, he glanced down at the skill window, where he saw his new skills displayed before him.

'With dedicated meditation and rigorous training, I managed to elevate my soul, mind, and spirit statuses to a higher level. Delving deeper into my newfound abilities, I discovered a remarkable revelation—adding a single point to my mind not only enhanced my willpower, intelligence, and wisdom, but it also bolstered my Psychic-related capabilities, at least I assume so since I felt a tingle sensation.
In my humble opinion, this function seemed almost too powerful, bordering on broken. It's akin to someone diligently working on every aspect of their physique, such as speed, strength, and endurance. The reason my soul, mind, and spirit statuses weren't already higher, despite my vast knowledge and the trials I had endured in my previous life, became clear.
This realization dawned upon me—I would be virtually invincible in any confrontation or challenge. Being an all-rounder in this regard meant having no weaknesses. As long as my status surpassed that of my opponents, victory would be assured, even if we possessed similar techniques and abilities.
An infectious laughter echoed within the recesses of my mind as I contemplated the multitude of advantages bestowed upon me.' The infant chuckled, fully aware of the overwhelming edge he possessed over other beings.
"Raditz, could you please go check on your brother's chamber? I believe I heard a noise," Gine's voice echoed from the front, where she diligently sold meat to the neighborhood, a responsibility she took on while her husband was away.
Rolling his eyes, Raditz responded dismissively, "Yeah, I'll go check on that moron." He arrogantly tilted his chin upward, sporting a smug expression on his face.
"You're just a year old, yet you can't leave the baby chamber," Raditz taunted, his confidence evident. In an act of mischief, he rattled the incubation chamber, causing Kakarot to collide with the glass.
Infuriated by his older brother's taunting, Kakarot seethed with anger, his gaze locked on Raditz. 'Damn you, I'm going to get you for this, Raditz,' he vowed silently, his glare piercing through the glass.
The thought of their eventual encounter on Earth fueled Kakarot's determination. He vowed to deliver a sound beating to Raditz, proving once and for all who the real moron was. But he also made a mental note to teach his older brother how to be a good big brother, showing him the importance of family bonds.
Despite his frustration, Kakarot decided against ending Raditz's life. He knew that such an action would only earn him his parents' anger, as they would disapprove of him sending his brother to King Yemma in the afterlife.
...
After five months of rigorous training, Kakarot was fully immersed in his exercises one day when a sudden notification from the system interrupted his focus. Pausing momentarily, he directed his attention to the message displayed before him.

Kakarot found himself utterly flabbergasted by the unexpected title he had earned. Perplexed, he wondered aloud, 'How in the world did I earn this title?'
[This title was bestowed upon the host as a result of someone's wish.] The system notification provided a cryptic explanation, stating that the title had been granted to him as a result of someone's wish.
As the realization dawned upon him, Kakarot's perplexity transformed into understanding. He recalled a significant event from the canon, where his father, Bardock, had made a heartfelt wish for his sons' prosperity instead of a mere power-up.
'Ahh, of course!' Kakarot exclaimed internally, connecting the dots. 'That wish must be the reason behind this title. It suddenly made sense why Raditz, despite his initial weakness, had managed to survive while other Saiyans who accompanied Vegeta had perished. Goku's death occurred only when he faced Raditz, and that should have been when the wish canceled each other out since Bardock also made the wish for Raditz.
Raditz not becoming stronger has something to do with his mentality, unlike Goku who becomes several folds stronger than his original birth power. It also kind of explained why Frieza hadn't reacted strongly to his departure from the planet, despite the timing of the planet being destroyed and his leaving being close. This makes sense since he would have sent someone to finish him off as he did with other Saiyan children who were sent out (It could also be that Goku was too weak for him to care).'
A surge of realization and gratitude washed over Kakarot. He couldn't help but feel a sense of immense luck and fortune. 'God damn, I am the luckiest person in the Dragon Ball world,' he declared with a smug smirk, basking in the realization of the incredible circumstances that had shaped his life.
Moved by the realization of his father's selfless wish, Kakarot's gratitude swelled within him. He thought, a heartfelt expression crossing his face, 'Thank you, Dad. I promise you and Mom, I will find a way to revive you both. Your wish, along with the love I feel here, has only strengthened my resolve.'
A mix of determination and affection fueled Kakarot's words as he acknowledged the profound impact his parents' wishes had on his life. He understood the depth of their love and sacrifice, and he vowed to honor their memory by making a difference in the world.
With renewed purpose and a burning desire to fulfill his promise, Kakarot continued his training, not only for his growth but also to bring about a future where his parents could be revived.

'It appears my main power will be centered around mystical/mana abilities until Dragon Ball Z if everything goes according to the plot. I suppose I'll train my mystical powers more in the future because my Battle Power will improve from my super Saiyan transformation.' Thought Kakarot with a somewhat confused expression since he didn't know how to employ mystical/mana powers in this reality as it wasn't discussed much in the show.
'I still don't know how to train or use my mana in the first place. I thought it would come to me naturally like how Goku in the original plot could do the famous Kamehameha technique by just seeing it once. Though based on Gohan's explanation in the anime, I have some ideas on how to use my Ki, I will wait till a qualified master teaches me that things since I don't want to blow up my incubation chamber. Yet, the concept of using mystical/mana powers wasn't explored as extensively.'
Contemplating his options, Kakarot recognized that seeking guidance from a qualified master would be the most prudent approach. He hesitated to experiment on his own, considering the potential risks of mishandling his mana and inadvertently causing damage to his mind or soul. Awaiting proper instruction to avoid any accidents, he resolved to be patient and wait for the right opportunity to learn.
Suddenly, a memory from his Saiyan heritage surfaced in his mind. Saiyans possessed a skill called Mimicry, enabling them to copy or imitate techniques used by others to some extent depending on the difficulty of the said technique. Goku, renowned for his prodigious fighting abilities, had demonstrated this skill by mimicking Roshi's Kamehameha, a technique that took Roshi years to master. Vegeta also demonstrated this when learning Ki control and other basic techniques such as suppressing his Ki. This revelation sparked a glimmer of hope within Kakarot.
'It seems like I will have to either learn it myself if I can't find a master or wait for someone else to utilize mana,' Kakarot mused, drawing upon the information he had gathered from the fandom. Determined to uncover his full potential, he remained open to any opportunities that would allow him to unlock and harness his dormant mana abilities.
'Oh, I almost forgot to mention the 10 times increase in charm and luck which should be from my new title. Though it's a little too OP since the average luck of people around me is somewhere between 5,' Kaharot thought before falling asleep due to the exhaustion he felt.
