''I thought that the pain in my heart would go away as long as we are able to find the killer of our parents and make them pay. But why does it feel a little…?'' Maya sighed.
''That's how life is. Sometimes, we are not satisfied with the revenge we manage to obtain. But still, our parents got justice for what happened to them and we don't have to move anymore.'' Veta said.
''We gain some things and we lose some things.'' Atalia added.
''Still, we won. I think that we can all finally get the closure that we need and move on past what happened 12 years ago.'' Costine walked to them with four glasses of wine. She gave one glass to each of them before joining them on the floor.
''With that said, I think it's time to plan our trip. I will turn in my resignation letter tomorrow after we visit the consortium.'' Costine said.
