After we reached cousin's room we asked mom and masi (aunty) to get ready. After they were done we all left for nearby metro station.
We had to walk till the metro station. Me , cousin and masi were walking ahead of mom, dad and jiju(brother in law). Aftet walking for about ten minutes when we turned back , we couldn't find them . I thought we left them far behind so we waited there for five minutes but still there were not a single tress of them. So I walk back leaving cousin and masi there itself. After a walk of about a minute I saw them standing in a stall where bettle nuts were sold. I was so furious at their behavior and my mom...Guess what??? She was laughing at me because I was furious at them. Then she told me that they called us but we were too far from them to heat their voice and she knew I would turn after sometime and we would stop at some distance. So she just stopped there without informing. ' Like Really...why do we have phones then.....'
Finally we reached metro station after sometime. It was my first time in a metro station. So cousin was leading the way. She and masi had passes for themselves so they dont need any tickets . So Reem and jiju went to the counter to buy us tickets. By the time we did our formality check ups . And my mood was still off because of the incident and my mom....she is so unbelievable.... she was still teasing me.....
Aish....yr.....Sometimes I really doubt if she is my daughter or I am her daughter.
After sometime jiju and Reem bought the ticket and then we were waiting for the train. We didn't had to wait much . The train arrived within next one minute.
I had no idea about which is our stop but we stopped after four stops fro. where we got up.
After a walk of about ten to fifteen minutes we reached the botanical garden. It was so full of people. Reem bought us tickets. After we entered Reem told us that they come for classes here .
When I heard the name botanical garden I had a really great picture of it in my mind but it was so different then my imagination.
I thought a very large building with different plants and its description written on a board near the tree or plant. But it was an open area and a very huge area where there were many species of plants but there weren't any description about the plants or trees. I would call it a park more than a botanical garden.
Honestly , I heard from sis that its considered as park then botanical garden because only on sundays families comes here but other times only lovers come here to spent their times or sometimes students come to read as its a huge area so everyone can have their own space.
There was a glass house which is told that it was made by foreigners when they invaded India. But it was maintained well so its still looked great. We clicked a lot of picture and even ate a few snacks and unfortunately it was sweet in taste so I didn't like it much but I ate the one which was really hot to taste.
Most importantly this botanical garden was famous for three things which was the glass house , a banayan tree (about 200 years old) and a huge single stone hill.
We were done roaming around 5:30 in the evening . So here we bit goodbye to Reem and masi , and we left for hotel room. We took metro and then bus to reach the hotel room. It was dark by the time we reached the hotel room.
After we reached the hotel room , we freshened up and had a rest of about an hour before we went to have our dinner. Then we came back and slept where as I talked to my boyfriend and then slept.
