[Westley's POV]
Her questions were so innocent and cute. Of course I wanted her to be my girlfriend. 'Boyfriend' and 'girlfriend'. Those were just nicknames. I didn't mind at all, as long as it made her happier and more obedient.
I knew she enjoyed spending time with me. She needed someone to rescue her and soothe her. I was willing to do this.
I felt strangely at peace as I watched her sleep in my arms. I stroked her gently, caressing her smooth shoulders and touching her neck.
My fingertips brushed against the pulsing vein in her neck, just as it had the night before. I could not help but kiss the spot, my fangs extending in response. Her blood was truly like honey.
It seemed like she had noticed something amiss when she woke up. However, I managed to dismiss those thoughts of hers. She put on the dress I bought her and I fastened the necklace around her neck. She then forgot all about the wound on her neck.
