What else did the 3rd Harbinger of Hell, the Lord of Punishments, wanted with Aisha and Damien? She clearly heard him agree to let her case go. Why did he suddenly add that open ended remark?
Aisha listened in on the conversation more. She gripped the plate tightly in her shaking hands, preventing it from slipping away with the suds all around. She was trying her best not to hurl it towards the demon, since that would most likely end up really nasty.
Although she knew Damien was bound to protect her as stated in their contract, Aisha knew Cain was powerful too. He wasn’t just ranked 3rd out of the 13 Harbingers of Hell for nothing. Even though he still didn’t show everything he got, she knew she was no match for him.
Aside from the obvious, she also didn’t want to inconvenience Damien more than she already had by burning the room earlier. Her chances of returning home before her one-month service was at stake if she made another mistake.
