One thing about spending one's heat alone was that things were going to get quite hard emotionally, the lack of alpha pheromones to tug at the omega's insides and make them feel safe, wanted and taken care of, was automatically not going to be present when an omega was spending a heat on their own, and that was basically what was happening to me right now.
