She greeted me with a smile and she seemed like she had her life together. I began to wonder if therapists went to therapy too.
'Thanks.'
Her office was small but she managed the space so well. There was a frame with the words 'this too shall pass' in it.
The walls were white and all the furniture was black. Her office looked very homely and it felt safe.
'Please have your seat.'
I sat down. The chair squeaked a little.
'My family won't stop bugging me to come to therapy so here I am.' I smiled.
'They only want the best for you. Let's start this with introduction, shall we?'
I nodded.
'Great. I am Amy White. What's your name?' She asked.
'Kassandra Davis.'
'Okay Kassandra, how are you?' She brought out a note pad.
I hated therapy so much. One time, I had to go with Lily to therapy during one of her plus family sessions.
