We sat at the visiting area for a while before the door where inmates came in through buzzed and Nate walked in.
Nate was leaner and his eyes were sunken. He was definitely sick.
He walked to where we were slowly as if he was trying to remember where he had seen Emma and Lesley.
'Al, Kass, Menny.' He said. His voice was high pitched as always.
I stood up and hugged him. I really hated what Nate had done but I could not hate him, he was my brother no matter what.
