Sandra has been keeping in touch better with the Vermin Cartel. Jose had persuaded her into telling him her plans to deliver the work and after careful consideration, they both agreed that it would almost be impossible to fool Matteo and take him into the Vermin Cartel without him figuring things out somewhere along the line. It was evident that was going to happen. Since they wanted a clean job where no one would suspect them, they considered taking another approach.
