Dominic took out his phone and called one of the best assassins he had on the ground. He explained to the man that he wanted Jose Fernandez taken away from the surface of the earth sometime between that morning and the next morning. Dominic told the man that he wanted to wake up the next morning with the news of the death of the Vermin leader. He further instructed the assassin that if he failed in his mission, he should not bother to return to him anymore. When he was satisfied with the instructions, he sat on Ricky's bed and waited for the man to arrive.
