Jessie asked them to both get their receipts and return to his office with them in five minutes. They both stood up, went out to get the receipts, and returned to the office in exactly five minutes. When Jessie cross-checked the receipts from both parties, he saw that the media secretary was indeed saying the truth. Jessie picked up the phone and got in contact with the police. His brother, Matteo, arrived just as the police did too.
"What happened?" Matteo asked.
"Those two had been stealing from the company," Jessie explained, pointing out at both the media manager and the financial secretary.
"What?" Matteo responded. Then, he turned to the police officers. "Arrest them both and until they refund all the money, don't grant them even bail." He told them.
