We are all now at the Ishi-shiro HQ, which is a building that stands in the middle of Lake Stynx, in Shurilesia.
We can see the rank and file happily doing their own jobs with the utmost efficiency, as commanded by their Supreme Leader, Col. Edilbert Porcarelli.
This building now also serves as our headquarters for the time being.
In a favorite RPG series of mine, a bunch of heroes usually discover some ancient castle and then re-purpose it as their HQ after doing some clean-up work.
The HQ is where the commanders, ordinary combatants, willing conscripts, and support staff (for example, blacksmiths, item shop sellers, magic shop sellers, elevator operators, and even window decorators) do what they do best in between intervals of major skirmishes and invasions of enemy installations.
Right now, we are in the middle of a conference led by the Supreme Leader himself, who also acts as the lead commander for all military operations we will all conduct in the future.
