His eyes shined. With his small goblin brain he came to the conclusion that they didnt know how to fight and hence to escape it would be better if he and one more goblin ran in that direction, killed them both and escape into the jungle from the back.
Yes there was ample space for the goblin to run from the side for it to escape in the forest, but it's small brain and it's bloodlust mixed together, resulted in a situation, where he wanted to atleast kill 1 human.
"Kueckkk" The goblin again gave command.
One of the goblins fighting with Ren started running towards Will. Similarly the leader too started running in Will and Nora's direction.
'Crap, 2 are running there. What if one injures Miss Nora ? S**t' Ren thought to himself and then started fighting with full power.
Similar thoughts were in Ash's and Alice's mind and they increased their power too.
All three of them killed the goblins in from of them and started running towards Nora and Will to protect them. Well atleast 2 ran to protect both of them while Ren only had Nora in his mind.
Nora also saw the 2 goblins running in their direction. She knew that her 3 teammates would take a little more time to get to them.
She looked at Will, hoping that atleast he could stop the goblins for a little time. Yes, only a few seconds would be enough as by then her teammates would be here.
Will looked at Nora and smiled. "Haha. Dont worry As long as I'm here no harm will come at you" 'Besides if you die, I'll die too. Cant let that happen can we ?'
He looked in his front. He could see the goblin leader's bloodshot eyes.
"Sorry bro. I guess today you die"
2 Bolts dashed towards the goblins and hit at their heads.
"Woosh" "Woosh" Both turned into white light.
Ash and Alice stopped in their place. Ren was wide eyed. Even Nora had her mouth opened. All had the same question in their mind - 'What just happened ?'

The team was again sitting in a circle.
They had just witnessed Will one shotting the goblins.
Now killing weak monsters with just one spell was not at all tough for mages, but what had amazed them was the accuracy with which Will used his spell.
An average mage misses his spell's target many times but Will had casted two bolts at the same time at the goblin's heads with complete precision.
Now if someone hears this they may not be surprised as they would think that it must have been one of the best mages who did this but we were currently talking about rank 1178.....hence the surprise.
Will looked at the atmosphere and broke the silence "Haha, why so serious ? Dont think I'm strong or something. It was a fluke, I tell you, a fluke. In my surprise I fired two bolts to surprise the goblins so that they would stop in their places and you three can come and rescue me and Nora."
"But the bolts directly killing the two goblins was a fluke. Even I was surprised" Will said sheepishly. "Afterall such feat can be done by top mages not a Rank 1178 like me no ?"
"Haha, Yes now it makes sense" Ren said wideeyed 'Yes He is just rank 1178. He cant be that strong. It was definitely just a fluke'
Even the other two agreed now and the atmosphere became light.
Only Nora was looking at Will with narrow eyes. She may have also bought this application but before firing Will had looked at her and assured her of her safety.
'He is hiding his strength.I see why Silver was interested' Nora thought all this while the other 3 were joking with Will "Good thing that it struck" "Damn youre lucky"
"Haha, but please ensure that such situation doesnt come again. We were lucky this time that my spell struck. But what if it would have missed ? Me and Nora could have been hurt you know ?"

"Yes, yes. Miss Nora dont worry I would protect you with my life. A slipup happened now but it wont happen again" Ren banged his chest while looking at Nora. 'She must have thought less of me as I wasnt able to kill the 2 goblins in order to make This Will embarrass himself. I have to show her my true strength to impress her.'

The team faced a group of 4-5 goblins again.
But this time Will didnt have to use his spells.
Ren to impress Nora even started using his spells to kill 2-3 goblins alone.
While the rest was easily taken care of by Ash and Alice.
Since Will had no work he continued yawning and stretching his body.
Suddenly the whole team stopped.
