Vidus pushed his forehead to the floor while his tears flowed down on his face.
Lyanna stood up in her cell and emitted a domineering aura, making the atmosphere a little suffocating.
"Vidus, stand up!" Radan yelled at his friend.
He got no answer nor any reaction, only the restrained sobbing could be heard echoing in the room in a low sound.
Radan slowly approached the cell and put his hand on the handler of his sword while with this left hand-poked Vidus back.
"Get up, you moron! What are you doing?!" Radan's tone turned out to be a bit more aggressive.
But to his surprise, Vidus remained silent and sobbed without a break. This made Radan more frustrated. He stood up like his superior took a walk before him and pulled out his sword, pointing at the girl between the bars of the cell.
"What did you do to him?" Radan shouted with a slightly trembling hand.
The blade of his swords hit the metal bars a few times, and a clinging sound echoed in the room, telling that the place was closed and empty, only three of them were there.
"Vidus, clear up your mind! Get yourself together for f*ck sake!" He talked loudly.
He even put his hands on Vidus' shoulder and shook him to make a little movement at least and go back more from the cell, but alas he remained at his place.
"You did something. Let him go!" Radan pushed his sword deeper into the cell, stopping a few inches before it would touch the girl's neck.
Radan believed the girl somehow bewitched his friend's mind and that's caused Vidus unnatural behavior. Followed by these thoughts he was ready to do anything to free his friend no matter what.
"Release him!! Do you hear me?!" Radan pushed his sword more and its edge slightly touched the girl's neck.
Lyanna remained relaxed and held that emotionless look without moving any muscles on her face.
She slowly turned her head from Radan to Vidus and opened her lips. Emotionless words left her mouth, giving out the feeling as she would be no more just an already dead person inside.
"What is your sin." She asked like it was a normal saying, even her voice faded away at the end of her sentence.
Vidus finally raised his head and looked at her eyes directly. Radan also noticed this and sighed loudly while his voice was filled with worry and anger.
"Sh*t, you finally came back! Get up and stand back!" He told him, giving out the feeling he wanted to protect him from any danger, like a sibling.
"My sin is nothing less than betrayal." Vidus said without hesitation, putting his forehead back to the floor.
"Get up you idiot!!" Radan shouted as much as his lungs allowed him and his eyes turned at the girl a moment later filled with hatred. "I'll kill you if you do not release him from your bewitchment!!"
Radan's trembling hands made the sword slightly move and it made a little wound on her neck, letting two drops of blood flow out.
"Betrayal is a grave mistake, and its punishment is... death." Lyanna spoke in a cold voice.
"Shut up or I will pierce my sword through your neck!!" Radan yelled while he grabbed Vidus' shoulder to pull him up. "Get up, you f*cking moron!"
"I accept my punishment." Vidus replied.
"Enough your bullshit! Get up!" Radan shook Vidus' clothes to get him up without results.
"You don't understand, I deserve it!" Vidus raised his voice and answered Radan.
"You deserve a f*cking slap, get yourself together!"
"I deserve it!" Vidus remained seemingly stubborn.
"No! You don't! Even if we did, those times are already gone!" Radan tried to stay rational.
"But I-I did that! Even if I want to lie to myself!" Vidus verged on some kind of edge that Radan couldn't see.
"What? We both soaked our hands and swords in the blood of our kind! What matters about it now after many years?"
"But I still did ..."
Vidus body became numb and completely fell on the floor. Radan tried to get him up on his legs but every time he gave a hand, Vidus pushed away with yelling.
"I don't care what you did, but get ... yourself ... f*cking ... up!!" Radan struggled to hold Vidus clothes tightly.
"BUT I KILLED MY OWN FAMILY!" Vidus shouted at an ear-piercing voice, his face soaked in tears, and repeated his words in a lower voice while he raised his head to see the girl's face. "I ... killed my blood, my own family. That's my sins."
