"Prepare guys!" Lewis shouted.
The girl took her steps slowly, causing an increased wind blow with each step.
"What a monster is she?!"
"Captain, how are we supposed to catch her alive?" One knight asked.
"W-who cares is she alive or dead?" Another answered with panic.
The few knights have trembled as their eyes fixated the girl before them who slowly came closer and closer to them.
"Kill her whenever you have a chance." Lewis said with calmness.
The soldiers next to him relaxed as they heard their commander's words. Then there should be nothing they would fear if they accidentally kill her, so their mind turned to be more focused.
The knights raised their heads with a strange expression on their face, feeling something were off.
A few seconds later they turned their eyes back at the girl.
Some red-colored fluid appeared and flew around the girl with a thickness of an index finger in a spiraling way.
The people saw her closing her eyes while she still moved towards them.
"Ready for engaging!" Lewis commanded his men.
Everyone stood still without moving their hands or legs straight for a few minutes.
When only about twenty steps were left between the girl and the knights, she slowly opened her eyes.
Eyes, that shined like a pair of ruby, dipped in a sea of blood. The sight burned into the viewers' minds.
The flowing red fluid around the girl slowly retreated into her right palm.
She took another step, and a rod-like thing popped out of her hand.
One more step.
More fluid retreated into her palm, making the rod-like thing grow bigger.
Another step and all fluid disappeared around her, while she gripped a ruby-like sword in her right hand.
She was so close to the knights and also to the monastery as the wooden fence gave out with her each step a cracking sound.
When only about ten steps left between them, Lewis shouted.
"Attack!"
Every knight pointed their swords towards the girl as they rushed forward.
While in the monastery, Orga's words made all sisters around her question her early sentence.
'So, she is not your daughter, after all ...' Sister Nula sighed inwardly.
"Sister Orga, what did you say?"
"Repeat it!"
The sisters nearly engaged in an interrogation with Orga, while she didn't pay any attention to her surroundings. Orga leaned out the window and shouted as much as her lungs allowed her with teary eyes and a happy expression on her face.
"ANNA! LET YOUR HEART'S CONTENT OUT OF YOU! RELEASE YOURSELF! LET THE QUEEN SEE HER DAUGHTER IS ALIIIVEEE!" Orga coughed at the end of her shouted words.
Anna unleashed an unbearable pressure, slowing down the knights around her.
But two of the seven-membered group, Lewis and another his soldier were enough close to overcoming the sudden pressure, nearly touched the girl with their weapons.
"Mastery Aura - Sword Dance." Anna told those words.
Her movements were like elegant dance for an outsider. But for the two who thought they got her ... Lewis's right hand that held the sword fell down from his shoulder while the other one's head and two fists along with the sword rolled sideways with splattering blood.
"AAAARGH!"
Lewis fell on his knees and cried out loudly as his mind realized his whole right hand has been cut down.
The other five knights trembled in fear, their whole body soaked in a cold sweat as they saw what happened before their very eyes.
'I-I need to report this to the higher-ups!' Pivald cried inwardly as he also witnessed the happenings before him.
Pivald slowly took a step back, but he dumped into a little fence, exclaimed in panic.
Anna immediately fixated her eyes on him. When their eyes contacted, Pivald felt a pressuring power that made him choke in his thoughts. A few minutes later he fell to the ground unconsciously.
The other knights didn't dare to move even their fingers.
Anna turned her head towards the four soldiers while Lewis cried in pain behind her.
At the moment she took another step, a few words left her mouth.
"Mastery Aura - Swift Slashing Blade."
At the moment when her foot touched the dirt, she disappeared before the knights like a ghost.
The knights hastily turned their heads from right to left and back to forth.
Two seconds later, in one's periphery, Anna appeared on her right foot next to him and a swift slash could be seen in a mere second, cutting through the man and splitting him in half together with his armor.
Anna then swapped her foot from her right to the left and disappeared again, and two seconds later, another soldier fell to the ground in two pieces.
And again, and once more.
