Chapter 1 - You need to fight them , if you can't flee

"what kind of a boy you are? You don't know how to play cricket" ronit yelled pushing the boy down.

"I..I..i" he stuttered to form any words. His mind went blank as soon as he saw those scary looks on his peers faces. They lost the match and his teammates decided to pin the loss on him and unleash thier anger.

"what you don't even know how to speak now? Amazing what other skills you do have apart from making us loose ? You looser" shekhar yelled shoving him up by his collar as tears flew out of his eyes on thier own accord. shekhar raised his hand to slap him across his face but he couldn't move his hand at all. He looked up to see that a little girl was holding his hand in a grip that pained him so much . He felt like his bones were crushing.

"what the hell are you doing?" he yelped as she pushed him on the ground. she forwarded her hand to the boy they were bullying and he hesitantly placed his hand in her's. she pulled him up and then glared at the rest of the boys.

"why are you being sore loser's? If you lost the match it can't be solely because of him. You lost it because it was a game and my brother's played well. Stop trying to intimidate a child who is 4 years younger then all of you. If it was such an important match you should have taken someone of your age. For a four year old boy . He played amazingly good" she stated determined as the boys gave each other looks.

"You shouldn't meddle with our team matters" one boy squeaked from among the group as she glared at them.

"I will it was a loss of a team. Each one of you is responsible for lost match . " she growled at them as they took a step back. she was sure intimidating and the three twelve year old boys standing behind her . They didn't really helped them to stand up to her at all. All of them ran away they didn't want to fight the boys who were taller and stronger than them. They will surely loose.

"Are you fine?" she questioned softly as she forwarded the boy a bottle of water. The boy nodded at her meekly sipping the liquid.

"what's your name?" she questioned plopping herself beside him.

"siddharth" he squeaked as she smiled at him ..

"shehnaaz" she stated softly. Her brother's ran off to play a match again. They did thier job of protecting her when she stood up to the wrong guys.

"You should have done one of the two things when you get stuck in these kind of situations" she remarked dangling her legs as he clutched his pant .

"what ?" he questioned meekly.

"Fight or flee" she stated nonchalantly.

"hm?" he looked at her perplexed

"You need to fight them , if you can't flee. You shouldn't let yourself get hurt without even trying to protect yourself. Then how will you learn to protect yourself. Or if you can't fight you then you

should have done anything you could to flee" she explained precisely as he looked at her with his mouth wide open.

"close it otherwise flies will fly in thier" she said closing his mouth and chuckling at him.

"I haven't seen you before" he questioned looking at her face curiously.

"Because we recently moved into that house. " she said pointing to her house..

"That's mine" he squealed pointing at his just next to her's.

"Then we should be friends" she said forwarding her hand.

"Friends " he muttered smiling brightly as he shook hands with her.

"Young Master ! We should head home . Your parents are waiting" the butler said bowing at him as shehnaaz frowned at it. But before she could say anything the boy went with him waving his hand at her. she waved her hand back and waited for her brother's to come back.

"Friends. I made a friend .Friends" he muttered under his breath all the way to his mansion.
